It was an awesome hotel, a lot of things to do, the beach was a short bus ride away and the facilites on the beach were great. The evening entertainment was amazing! I would also like to commend some personnel for ensuring our stay was pleasant. In the main restaurant, Ahmed Elsawy was always giving good vibes for each of the meals while making sure we have everything we need. Our room was clean and had fun towel animal arrangements masterfully done by Ahmed Elomda. For our evening relaxation in the bar Ismail Kotb was ensuring we are not without a drink. Great experience, would recommend and go again myself.

Hotel didn't give us information about blocking car companies coming to the resort. We booked through booking.com and hotel refused our transfer to come to the hotel, very ingenuous of them.

Aqua park is the most distinguished thing in Jaz Aquaviva. I like they have different aqua parks for different ages. Food variety and quality were excellent. I love how clean the hotel was. Beach bar is very good ( I love pizza man). I love some of a very dedicated persons from staff (Mr Ibrahim from main restaurant and Gouda El Sayed from the bar). Room service was very good. Safety is very good.

The hotel seems to have over the capacity. I met a difficulty in finding a place on the beach and the aqua park as well. Some of the staff were not professional enough to deal with all in the same manner. It seems that non Egyptians may have a special treatment. Aqua park bar need to have a higher quality.

Aqua is suitable for all ages and very safe, Food variety, The room boy Wael, Haitham and Essam in the restaurant, and hotel facilities.

The snacks was below expectations and was very poor. The espresso and cappuccino were made from Nescafé not real coffee beans.

Where do I start ... The hotel itself is excellent and spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and nothing was ever too much for them, Had a family queen room which was spotlessly clean and Mohammed our cleaner was very thorough and friendly leaving different towel sculptures every day, and the room had Aircon ! The food selection suits everyone there was so much choice and variety which changed most days with a separate children's section, as well as huge selection of puddings and cakes, various restaurants to choose from around the Resort, The restaurant staff were amazing and we're happy to fetch you drinks to not disturb your meal and tables were always cleaned down and set up for the next person in good time, Entertainment was great with something different every night with a mixture of solo singers, synchronised swimming to a Friday night white party, There is also a spa offering various packages with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna to help you relax and enjoy your stay. There is a kids club, fully equipped gym and a video games area around the hotel not forgetting the water park !!! With hardly any wait for the numerous slides. There was 4 pools with separate toddler shallow pools to choose from all clean and very well maintained. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach which runs every half hour till late with stop offs around the Resort to help you get around WiFi around the whole resort even on the beach !! I'm sure I've missed things out Special thank you to zahara in the reception area, Ali in the restaurant and of course Mohammed for keeping the room in great standards. There wasn't really anything I didn't like. It's in a great location with everything you could need around it

Jaz Aquaviva is an excellent family-friendly resort, especially with its amazing aqua park games that kids will absolutely love. We stayed in a spacious room with a garden view, which was both relaxing and perfect for letting the kids play around freely. The kids’ pool (0-3 years) is thoughtfully covered by a wide umbrella, ensuring protection from the sun—great attention to detail! The food was a highlight of our stay, with plenty of delicious options. During our visit in October, we were treated to an incredible seafood feast featuring shrimp, mussels, crabs, and more. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating; when I requested milk for the kids during dinner, they kindly provided a bottle as a complimentary gesture.

The shuttle service was punctual and reliable, which was crucial since the beach area, shared with many hotels, is too far to walk to. While the distance is a drawback, the efficient shuttle service made it manageable. One minor downside was the cold water in the pools—I wish they had a way to control the temperature.

Nothing to be mentioned everything is perfect very nice and friendly stuff from the bars and pool guard and the animation and special thanks for the house keeping for room 3211 abdo such nice guy he would always make good looking shape with towels we really liked this very much and the service people in the main restaurant they are very nice kind always serving us with smile in the face thanks for theme all as well

Can't say something that we didn't like..we just had misunderstanding and we appreciate Mr reda Ali for trying to make things better for us even if it was not his fault special thanks for Mr reda Ali as well

The Staff were very friendly. Aqua facilities and varieties. Rooms very clean. All crew smile in-front of your face and had a good treatment with you all the time. Food was amazing and delicious and really it seems chief here is very professional. Restaurant staff and bars also were very friendly and the best hotel i visited in that criteria to find like this friendly way. Reception crew and staff were very very friendly and special thanks to Miss Zahra for her beat way to help and guide you and her greeting way. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud too. I need to say more about hotel but really words not enough to describe my feelings toward the hotel. Thanks JazAquaViva team.

The stay was more than expected. All staff from the front office, house keeping, life guards and the restaurants' staff were amazing. Food was varied with exceptional quality from the breakfast, snacks and the dinner . The daily shows were exciting like fire works show at the white party and the festival show at the main pool . Special thanks for : 1- Mr.Ahmed Awadallah "house keeper" , 2- The Amaraya restaurant"Main restaurant " staff were amazing as they exert atmost effort to enjoy our meals without requesting any tips .
