The staff is extraordinary. We have been to Egypt many times but the service at the Le Reve is simply the best, very attentive and always friendly. Amazing food, always fresh and tasty.

The beach could be nicer. Not very good for walking in the sand. When the wind is strong, the pools are fully exposed. Might be nice during the hot time, but simply too cold in winter.

Excellent ambience, we’re made to feel welcome. Reception staff were great especially the guy who checked us in. Hossama in Torqouise Restaurant deserves special mention.

I am most disappointed by somebody called Ramy who approached us as we were about to leave the hotel to catch our flights he was enquiring/interrogating about a towel!!!!! His behaviour has convinced me never to visit this hotel again! It is most disrespectful, if the hotel allows staff to speak to guest like that. I am a frequent traveller all over the world, but this has never happened to me ever. Nor would anybody from my friend Or family will be visiting this particular Hotel in a hurry. Frankly most disappointed by Hotel standards . 

The breakfast cover was excellent something for everyone and plenty of it. The dessert tables are exquisite and the options cover all tastes

I couldnt fault anything the hotel is the best in Hugharda, perefectly cleaned inside and out. Detail to gardens and the rooms were so special and we had flowers left on the bed, freah water and coffe/tea facilites every day, our cleaner went above and beyond to make our room special. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The food is amazing. Around the pool there is no need to move from the sunbed the waiter comes to you every 10 minutes with what every you need. The gardens are sprayed every evening to stop mosquitos and flies. Pools are fantastic been here twice and we cannot fault the place.

Premier le Rêve runs like a well-oiled machine. Everything is working smoothly, which was particularly visible for New Year's night, when the hotel hosted an excellent gala dinner, a cocktail reception, and a party for several hundred guests. Their food is great and the buffets are copious and so well organized - possibly the best we have seen anywhere. Wait staff are friendly and helpful. There are four pools and the beach is just 50 meters away. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, including greenery and flowers. We had a jacuzzi in our room and a giant comfortable bed. The place is quiet, and the clientele is generally 50+ and well behaved (which is not always the case in all-inclusive resorts). The spa is good, and the gym small but functional. There are ping pong and pool tables, as well as chess sets. We had a great time and rested very well.

The wifi is non-existent, except for a couple of limited common areas; the management should finally do something about that (I can see that guests have been complaining about this for years). Staff trying to sell services (spa, snorkeling, safaris) on the beach or by the pools can be tiring - most guests just want to relax, swim, read, sleep, and not hear for the 10th time about "great deals". There should be a system (as in some other hotels) where guests could put a red flag or a "don't disturb" sign if they do not wish to be approached. Finally, if the hotel wishes to be truly sustainable, it could limit the use of plastic water bottles and replace them with large water dispensers in each room or each floor.

The pool and beach were fantastic, beach had a jetty suitable for snorkeling with a proper near by beach next to the jetty with direct access suitable for swimming Turquoise open buffet had nice food variety and quality. Italian a la carte resturant was amazing with cheerful staff and tasty food The deluxe room was very nice, comfortable, clean with a great view The landscape and outdoor facilities were a huge plus The property atmosphere makes it cosy and nice for couples (honeymoon or anniversary)

Skypool was small and in closed space and the thalasso spa didn't meet our expectations

every thing are amazing many thanks for mr khaled Helmy he made our vacation so happy he ask about us every moment food was perfect and too much verity all the meals mr Khaled also upgrade our room to jacuzzi suit the beach is very clean all team was perfect really is luxury resort is highly recommended for couples

The hotel was beautiful, staff were very helpful and obliging, food was second to none the pool areas were lovely pool beds are very big and comfy. The spa was really nice we had a few massages and used the gym everyday, there was no need to take any beach towels on this holiday as everything was supplied.

unfortunately the brits have taken on the German attitude and go down and put towels on the beds at 6am but there is always room if not the staff will find you a bed. The only thing that would make this place even better would be a room to have a drink and some entertainment rather than sitting in the lobby all spaced out on sofas with just a bit of back-round music. The outside bar is great for music but cold if its windy. Also WIFI is not good at all so hopefully the hotel may improve on this in the future as some people still need work contacts unfortunately

The breakfast was amazing, they had a huge selection to suit everyone and the hotel was absolutely stunning. It was located directly on the beach, we were upgraded to a suite on arrival and it was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

The food menus for the all inclusive for lunch and dinner were a bit limited in terms of options, the restaurant's seemed to fill up very quickly in the evenings so book as early as possible.
