The setting is beautiful, the room clean and confortable, the personnel super kind, helpful and efficient. Restaurants and food fully enjoyable.

We booked a stay at the V Luxury in Hurghada via booking.com, about 5 months in advance. At the reception upon arrival, we were told our booking was cancel. Obviously, I did not cancelled it and had a week earlier already paid it via Paypal. The efficient receptionist found out that the cancelled reservation number in his possession was different from the one I presented him. In fine, he managed to accommodate us. Among the most expensive rooms with panoramic sea view we selected, the view from the balcony was partially obstructed by a restaurant and excursions agencies buildings. The beach was very noisy during the day and evenings because of the animations, excursion and spa agents were harassing the public many times per day.

The cleanness of the hotel, nice beach, restaurants and bars, quality food and drinks. Surprisingly also seafood other than only fish, which is not standard in Egypt. We have tried Mongolian and Italian a la carte restaurants, both were nice. We visited Italian a la carte twice, excellent food and stuff.

very few things: absence of dry hanger racks, too loud music from animation team on the beach during the day. Too small soft plastic cups for drinks on the beach for to go. Knowing this, I would bring my own hard plastic cups from home. I think 5* hotel should not serve drinks on the beach to soft plastic cups. We were fortunate enough to get free upgrade of the room. Our originally booked Superior room was upgraded to Deluxe room. I heard Superior rooms are not reconstructed yet and are worn out. This fact is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel web, so someone can get pretty disappointed not knowing this.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant prepares delicious food for every taste, the rooms are spacious and very comfortably furnished. The beach is beautiful, everything corresponds to the photo.

The property was lovely it has been newly built so some parts are still being refurbished. The rooms higher up (2nd and 3rd floor) seem to be nicer and more up to date than the rooms on the ground floor ( which we got placed in).

They have a separate spa which is not included in the package. So you can’t use the steam room, sauna/ facilities without paying for a treatment, found this bizarre as most hotels with a spa attached allow use of facilities if staying in their grounds. I did not like the male sales manager of the Vspa ( of large body habitus). Found him to be very rude and forward and would not take no for an answer when declining sales.

Good time spent there. I lost my sunny glasses on the beach, and I believed that I would not see it again. However, I contacted Mahmoud (supervisor from the beach area) on the next day, and he promptly told me he found it. He helped me to get this item back. On top of that, he supported us with very honest and nice service, always very friendly and supportive. Also, Mariam was lovely and also made sure we were feeling comfortable in the resort the whole time. We will definitely come back to this resort because of this special attention the hotel gave to us.

1- In some evening, my girlfriend and I decided to dance close to the beach bar, where there were no people and we could play song from a small speaker. One of the employees "kicked our asses out" in a very rude way, without explaining why we could not do it there, if it was not disturbing anyone. This was really shocking and frustrating. 2- The view of the room was towards the wall and workers.

The staff is the best thing in the hotel. They are very helpful and always try to fix any issue that might arise ASAP. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, Mr. Ahmed Bakr, and Miss Dalia 😍 The main restaurant has a lot of variety from different countries around the world, there was Egyptian, Syrian, Italian, as well as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Indian food every night. The Mexican restaurant was wonderful as well. The view and food in beach bar is amazing, sitting there was very comfortable. The beach is very nice, just be aware that it's not sandy and you need to have sea shoes to enjoy it. The kids water park is amazing, even the adults enjoyed it 😄 The heated/relaxation pool was very nice The drinks in "Brew house" and "Sky Breeze" are amazing and also chilling there was very comfortable. There was a very big screen that shows football matches, which was a huge plus to all football fans to enjoy watching their favorite team with a view while eating, or having a drink 😉 Definitely will come back again.

The rooms are not direct sea view, all rooms are actually side sea view, which should be mentioned during booking. The Penthouse view is not direct sea view as well, its view is over the hotel; the restaurant is just under the terrace, then you see the pools, and the sea will be in the horizon. There should be clear photos and descriptions that mentioned all of that. Also, the penthouse does not have any privacy between rooms because the wall separating the terrace is very low. The main pool needs huge maintenance. Despite all these issues, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is part of Pyramisa Hotel, and guests at Pyramisa still use the beach and pool at the V, which makes the hotel look crowded.

Very nice property, very luxurious indeed. The room was nice and clean. The food was good. They staff was friendly. Delicious cocktails

- you can see that they did not renovate the property completely, just were needed - the pools were not heated. Which was sad because children couldn’t swim because of the temperature - they could do more for the children put something in the room etc. And the play room is not how i expected it to be, it was disappointing

Breakfast doesn’t have many varieties The taste of different kind of meat wasn’t nice and chewy but other than meat everything was nice The dessert wass veryy bad and the same for 4 days , they need to change the chef If you are staying at the 3rd floor like i was , you will need to take the elevator which is very slow
