The best hotel I have done, there are so many beautiful and excellent things to say but I would say that The place (the hotel, the rooms, the view, the pools, the turquoise beach), the helpfulness, the hygiene,the serenity, the cleanliness, the security inside and outside of the hotel, the attention to the detail and Above all the stuff, they were amazing, always smiling, helpful and listening (special mention for the chefs and the waiters of the buffet, always smiling and welcoming in addition to doing a very good job next door). Everything is constantly cleaned, facilitated, the hotel is opérational 24 hours a day so that our comfort and our stay goes extremely well. A perfect trip to hurghada in part thanks to this hotel and the staff who work there, so thanks to them!

It's rare but There is nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect

The hotel was well designed, with 3 arch shapes buildings, easily can be reached the reception and the restaurants. Gardens were well groomed and clean. The food was always fresh and a excellent quality, staff was polite and attentive to all guests requests. The beach was clean with more sunbeds than guests, so not too crowded.

The option half board was not including the 6 restaurants in the central court. So, to enjoy the different food offered, the best option is the bed and breakfast option and pay for the restaurants. Another point is at lunchtime: only the pool bar was open for lunchtime and, during summer season with sunny and hot days, it was not the best option. So, unless to move to other resorts, the only option was the room service (the food was excellent, but eating in the room is not what I supposed to have as lunch).

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff, the facility, it was super clean, and the food was delicious. Plus, the sandy beach was perfect for snorkeling!

The kids area didn't quite match the high standards of the rest of the resort. The water games were rusty and slimy, leaving my daughter feeling disgusted while playing there. Additionally, the indoor kids' activities were outdated, with old PlayStations and not many interactive games to keep them engaged

Leaving the hotel....

The hotel is really very silent. Even the main restaurant is very calm. Food is very good and delicious. Air conditioning in the room is working very well. Pools and sea very good and very clean for swimming

At my visit tine the region was too much windy. The card that is used for not disturbing could not stay on the room door due to wind. It is better to find a solution for this problem. Also there is only one family pool which is only allowed for burikini ladies. I would to inform you that the pool in the middle is the best, biggest and good one to swim. Due to the rule we couldn’t use it. I advise the hotel to make this pool mix allowed for everyone.

Stylish and beautifully laid out hotel. Nice to have adults only areas and kids areas. Good selection of food and drinks included and restaurant choices were excellent. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Particularly the reception team and the main restaurant staff. The marine life right outside the hotel was fantastic. As a scuba diver, I had just as good marine life sightings right outside the hotel snorkelling as what I did when I went out on a scuba dive for the day. Complimentary vouchers for facilities and services for all guests part of the premium all inclusive package was a nice touch. The massage therapists were fantastic and really lovely.

Some of the staff in the A La Carte restaurants particularly the Asian Fusion and pool bar restaurant staff let the service down as they were not very smiley and engaged. There were however some really friendly and engaged staff by the pool bar.

most of the stuff are welcoming and friendly. food varieties was ok and the taste was good except for the bakery. and they let you checkout late with no extra charge.

kareem the asst front office manager, he wasn’t professional at all. ye kept me for 1.5 hours for checkin. the room i booked through booking wasnt the same i got offered when i arrived (different pictures) and he said it was a mistake and everything with him was very slow. terrible checkin and got me paying more money to get the same room. bakery is bery poor.

The gardens, the pools, the staff, the food, epecially the service. My husband wasn't feeling very well , dehydrated , very high blood pressure, and needed a doctor. The lady that helped wonderfully was Katalina behind the desk in te great lobby. The doctor himself Khaled Hegazy did his upmost, even in the middle of the night. Very professinal with his assistant Ahmed el Hady. He consulted Prof. Mina el Wasef, he came within 20 minutes, we felt very safe and they took good care of him. We will be back certainly, especially because of is this great clinic called 24/7. Best hotel ever, best care!!

The black coffee at breakfast could be better. The other coffee. such as a latte or capucino was fine. My husband needed saltfree food and chef Walid was wonderfull, het personally looked after him, as soon as we entered the restaurant. Thank you so much. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely grounds and pools. Was nice and quiet by the swimming pools and appreciated the adults-only pool. The spa is very nice and relaxing when you're not being rushed out of it. Buffet dinner was good and varied. The lunch options were good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly, though not always the most helpful.

The coffee at breakfast is terrible - both the flasks of filter coffee and cappuccinos from the machine were too weak and cappuccinos took ages to arrive. Easy one to improve but frustrating start to the day if you like a breakfast coffee. The shower in our bedroom was small and not hot enough. The room temperature controls weren't great and took a fair bit of time to warm up/cool down. The Spa is advertised as open until 7pm but we went twice in the evening and we were rushed out from around 630pm both times despite booking until 7pm. It was very frustrating and staff were rude. The spa, however, is very nice and after I complained, the hotel called very quickly to apologise. The spa are is limited to 7 people at a time despite being quite big and you need to book a slot to go.

We’ve just come to the end of a two week stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, and I can say with confidence we will be returning in the near future. The stay has been overwhelmingly positive, except for one small accident. The hotel itself is impressive, the facilities are great (multiple pools, gym/spa, private beach etc.), and the rooms are large, although some aspects could be modernised - e.g the poor wi-fi and lack of plugs in the room. We chose the all inclusive package, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner (a choice of multiple a La carte restaurants). This was ideal for us, as with a 3 year old child we were reluctant to travel outside of the hotel. A special mention must be made for Ahmed at Ying Yang restaurant for his exceptional service, particularly his innate ability to make meal times an enjoyable experience for our son, and therefore us. Parents will understand this! Our stay was slightly marred by an accident that happened on our first visit to the beach, where I suffered a deep cut to my foot from the coral that is prolific in that area. It seems this is a daily occurrence for guests, so a warning or advice from the hotel to wear water shoes in the sea would be beneficial. Thankfully Dr Ahmed Roshdy and Nurse Ahmed Wagdy at the on-site 24/7 Clinic were able to stitch me back together. A trip to a private clinic in a foreign country can be daunting even if you know your insurance will cover you. However, Ahmed & Ahmed did everything in their powers to allay my concerns, from giving me a full run through of how they would approach treating the injury, a time-frame for how long they would expect the wound to heal, and most importantly a breakdown of how much I could expect the treatment and subsequent follow-ups to cost. Not enough can be said for their professionalism and bed-side manner. Finally, I must thank Ebrahim at the pool side bar.
