Exceptional Stay at Hotel Riviera! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Riviera. It exceeded all of our expectations from the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. Staff: The staff are the heart of this hotel. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and with a smile. The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable cleanliness of our room which by the way was also fantastic with its beach/sea views. Weather: The weather was perfect with sunny warm days and a nice sea breeze, making it ideal to enjoy the hotel’s stunning outdoor spaces. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling through the beautifully landscaped gardens. Dining (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner): The culinary offerings were a highlight of our stay. Breakfast featured everything from fresh pastries and fruits to made-to-order omelets etc. Lunch was equally delicious, with a range of various dishes that used fresh ingredients and creative presentation. Dinner was also an experience—elegant, flavorful, and served in a number of beautifully designed restaurants. The chefs are masters of their craft! Facilities: The pools were pristine with comfortable sun loungers and attentive staff offering refreshments. The gym was well-equipped, and the recreational activities provided a perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation. Hotel Riviera offers luxury, comfort, and impeccable service and we I cannot wait to return in 2025.

We were one of a hand full of guests for its opening week so portions of the resort were not yet in service. As a wonderful substitute, the resort provided free ala carte meals including daily room service! It was almost like having a private chef and was an experience that will live in our memories! A special mention of fantastic manager, Hady who diligently watched over us daily.

The bay is congested during the day with excursion boats (not the resort's fault) but fortunately we got used to them.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.

The room was close to the other hotel and there was some ventilation noise that made it impossible to open the window at night. We didn't get the full experience of the hotel because it was largely empty - no buffet breakfast, only one buffet dinner (which was thrown together ad-hoc when a bunch of tourists had their flight cancelled). That being said, the a la carte meals were excellent, and we had full access to the buffet in two nearby hotels.

EVERYTHING! I could not recommend this place more. The hotel itself is exceptional, the food and drinks were amazing and the beach was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The view from our amazing room was spectacular. The grounds were gorgeous and it was so nice to walk around there and admire the gardens. For me, the staff make this hotel what it is. They made us feel like royalty throughout our stay and could almost read our minds when we wanted or needed anything. They work so hard to ensure you are enjoying your time. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Where do I even begin - I wish the stay could have been longer. Jaz Riviera is phenomenal - the perfect balance of elegant, modern design considerations and uncompromised principles of hospitality. Everything from arrival to the very point when you leave, is special. We arrived in the morning, hours before the standard check-in time of 14:00 and Abdallah immediately assured us that a room would be prepped and we should head to breakfast in the meantime, while they finalise. We were given a free room upgrade and settled in the room by 11:30. The food, the beverage options, the variety of restaurants and ample seating between pools and beachfront is unmatched. The service and attentive staff of Jaz Riviera is truly what makes it world class - to our newfound bestie; Abdelrahman, as well as the entire wait staff between all the delicious meals - We are truly in awe. A truly priceless experience and an experience that will be repeated soon. Up to the very last moment when we are checking out to leave and Mahmoud at the front desk helped to organise our transfer to Hurghada- nothing is ever too much to ask for the Jaz Riviera team.

Very relaxed stay, the hotel complex is very new and high quality. The hotel beach is very well maintained and offers good opportunities for snorkeling. The quality of the food is good and doesn't cause any problems even for European stomachs 😉 The hotel management can be very proud of their staff, they work very responsibly and are very committed and friendly even in stressful situations. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

Sea and beach were amazing, turtles too. Food was very good.

Staff was friendly and polite, but just disturbingly obsessed by asking "IS OK?", on each corner and each 15 min., - what makes you really tired and not relaxed. You mainly must communicate with them or spend your time with them instead of having good time with each other. No other activity, except sea and eating.

New hotel in a good laguna where you can see turtles right from the beach. The dining is of a very high quality - main restaurant and three a-la carte restaurants. The level of service is excellent for Egypt.

Everything was outstanding, beach, pool, hygiene and food.

We appreciated the staff's attentiveness, but we found their frequent inquiries about our comfort to be quite bothersome. While it's nice to know help is available. Appreciate if you can make it in a more professional way.
