The hotel is huge with a nice beach and great snorkling area. Has 4 pools plus the Aqua pool which was nice. Staff are ok. Most of them are helpful and always smiling (Main and beach retaurants staff and relaxing pool barman are super friendly). Reception guys also was great and animation. Rooms are clean, maybe a bit old but still clean. Food is ok for all meals.

Spent 3 nights while i cant find a free place for 4 people at any pool. Tried many times in different timings. People always keeping sun beds occupied by beach towels while they are not here. We tried at 7 am and still no free sun bed. (People in water are very few). Hotel management needs to find a solution and to put some rules for this issue.

Nice, 30 minutes from the airport and really good money for the value. May be obvious but you could see the staff is really aiming for a tip, so remember to take some cash with you. Really well kept gardens

It looks like the property is trying to go to environmental friendly, however plenty of meet is cooked and apparently wasted every day. There isn’t much for simple vegetarian options, the kitchen is quite sophisticated and complex. I would have preferred some easy veg options but that’s quite personal actually. Also you can’t really sleep on the beach or poolside because of the amount of sellers that keep waking you to invite in every possible excursion/trip/spa/adventure. That was a bit too much in my opinion

second time in Sataya Resort and i really appreciate the development in the last 6 months. the food was better and the beach towel changing method solved. further the hotel service (place, food, cleanness, value for the money etc ) I returned and will return because: 1. i love the coral reefs and sea life among the hotel shore 2. the well-being center. i have plenty health issue and the massage therapists there are the best. i travelled lot around the world tried out lot of kind of massage but i have never experienced such a professional and efficient therapy as there. all these together convinced me to return Sataya as yearly therapy place…

The staff are amazing and very helpful, the receptionist Mr. Medhat upgraded our room without asking for it. The hotel manager Mr. Hani always welcoming the guests in person. The animation team are exceptional. They are fun and always smily. Thanks to Sam, Mostafa, Hassan, Bazooka, Bisso and Liza.

The ground floor was not the best for room choice nonetheless, it is near to the pool and has good view but the smell of the bathroom draining was not good at all and they tried many time to fix it. But it didn’t affect the holiday :). The aqua is very limited and small.

the rooms are spacious, brand new, well maintained, spacious bathrooms and storage spaces the pool, aqua park and the beach are perfect and well maintained ease of access inuding golf carts and elevators

they are not trained to deal with a fully booked hotel during peak vacation times, everything is slow, the employees are overloaded, i think the overall experience would be much better during the off season time the food tastes wonderful, but i would give zero for the varieties, absolutely limited varieties for a 5 star hotel the employees at the beach bar and beach restaurant were always screaming at each other and they are extremely not friendly.. not even a single smile you should have towel booths and towel cards, extremely annoying to search for the house keeping to change my BEACH AND POOL towels which are not clean by the way

We really enjoyed our stay in Sataya. Everything was perfect for us. All the members are helpful and polite. There is nothing that we can complain about. Plenty of delicious and tasty food; including seafood, Arabic, Italian & loads of yummy desserts.They offer a free dinner in the Italian restaurant and pizza in the sea front restaurant. Our room was spacious, cleaned, and very comfortable. We had much fun with the entertainment team, and really liked the Egyptian show in our last night. The structure is fantastic, especially for children. There is a dive shopping, where we could book our package, wirh a resonable price. The coral reef in front is awesome for snorkelling. We strongly recommend Sataya. Defo, we will be back.

This is a great resort to stay, we booked with my wife and three kids in the signature suite, which was a great idea. Close to the beach with a small heated and private pool it was great to finish a visit to the beach or to close the day in the water. The room space was great, the layout is kinda weird with two king size beds next to each other. With my 6 and 8 year old kids that was fine. There was good internet in the entire suite and two nice bathrooms. In the living room my 14 year old stayed comfortably, the sofa converted into a queen sized bed, so you could fit even another person there. The restaurant was very nice, the food and desserts were fresh and the menu was changing constantly. Soups were really good according to my wife. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The water park was small but the pool was heated and my kids loved that, we spend every afternoon there. In general it was a well rounded stay, we really enjoyed it. Particular congratulations to the staff in the kids club, the minidisco and the night shhhhhowwww.. (that's how the pronounce it). Totally recommended place.

The layout on the signature suite was weird, but understandable. I had to pay extra for my 14 year old, which was expected, but still considering you pay extra for a big family room... you know.

BEAUTIFUL!! Perfect for Families, there are several swimming pools that are even heated in winter, some rooms even have their own swimming pool outside the patio. There are water slides, tennis courts, padel courts, giant chess, ping pong tables, billiard and an amazing beach where is possible to play beach volley. The coral reef in front of the hostel is great and there is the possibility to do escursione directly with the tour operator located in the hotel or on the beach. The restaurant had an amazing variety of food and the staff was always nice and helpful.

I can’t find something negative
