We spent two weeks here. We got two rooms, one pool, and another garden view. Both rooms was nice were the pool view room more noisy. The hotel is good and really clean. Room service is perfect. They can tide up room daily if in need. Food is rich (you won't be hungry), a massive choice of different dishes and desserts. They also have options for vegan and allergic people. They have the best coral reef with many colourful fish. We have been in Dahab and Ras Muhammad for diving excursion. I found that a Carmillion reef is the best. But you need to catch when bay is open (usually in not windy day) The animation team is superb. Finally, I enjoyed time with my wife. My kids just disappeared with them.

The excursion sale team is very annoying. Don't buy anything from them. We bought an excursion to Coloured canyon and Spa massage, and the quality of both was so bad. We got another excursion from a common local company, and it was next level.

This resort is a real gem for those who want a zero-fuss, sea-filled holiday. It has direct access to the beach (with its own reef!!) and several large pools (including an AquaPark!!). The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the variety of the buffet is notable, there are several bars throughout the whole property, and many shops (including a pharmacy).

Wifi connection - quite patchy and it only worked around the reception area. Not too bad if you are trying to do a “tech detox” holiday but not great either if you are trying to call relatives, book activities etc.

The resort was exceptional, all the staff very friendly and helpful specially Mohammad Sharaf and Ahmed Khayri were of great help. They are so nice and frirendly. The resort is very huge u feel like in paradise.the rooms are great whether pool view or garden view. Many free stuff in the room.. They just provide everything. The food and the breakfast very high quality. The head chef, i forgot his name was a great person moving around the table and asking if everything is good. He was super cool. Next time will come with family. Thank u Mohammad.

All was super great. I can add here that wifi is needed in the rooms.. But then again when u come to this resort you forget everything and u dont need wifi :). The only thing that needs to be changed id the toilet trash can thats all.

the best about the resort is the landscape , food, and the staff behavior. addition to that, the beach was good but sometimes you well face the tides. the staff are so friendly and helpful. I guess it’s value for money. the reception is so respectful and because of some issues in the check in they gave me the colden bracelet which can make you inter the rest of the hotels restaurants, bars and pools.

the facilities is so old and the rooms are not good and small. the resort is so quit so maybe you will feel bored but for some people it’s a good point , same as the balance between the Egyptian and foreign people which it upon to the opinion of the gust what he prefer , the animation team is average not bad not excellent. as a conclusion I see that there is mistakes in the rating of the hotels because the hotel beside “charmillion club resort”. is way better in the food, landscape, animations, rooms, quality of everything however it’s 8.3 rating and for me it’s not true at all if I will comeback again I guess I will book in “charmillion club resort”

It's a nice hotel, we liked it. A huge area, lots of flowers and greenery. We walked more than 10 thousand steps every day without effort. It is also nice that you can use the territory of all three Charmillion hotels. To enter the water park, you had to take a ticket at the reception. We were given it for free. All the staff are very friendly. Andrew, the receptionist, was always interested in how we were doing and took care of our lunchboxes when we left early. Room service is okay, we always left a tip because we appreciate the work of others. The food is a good choice, always plenty of meat and desserts. We were also lucky enough to get to the Christmas dinner, it was incredibly good. Live music, lots of appetizers, cocktails and fruit. The beach is rocky, but there is a small section of sandy beach close to the sea where you can play with your child. The reef is beautiful, lots of fish. We were lucky with the weather, we were able to swim every day. We also had the opportunity to visit the a la cart restaurants for free 2 times. I recommend the French restaurant! Very tasty! And there is a Ukrainian-speaking waiter who used to live and work in Lviv. In general, many employees welcome Ukrainians and understand the difference between us and russians, and this is important to me! I wish this hotel and every employee prosperity, nice and polite guests, more Ukrainians, Italians, British and other Europeans!

We liked the animators the most, we especially liked the animator Boda Dancer, He is generally the coolest gives 100% of his work. of course, we would like to have more discos that would take place. On the territory. Russian Russian music is more, because we are Russian-speaking, and so everything was fine. The bartenders are all friendly, all good. First of all we loved our room!!! Ground floor, sea view it was spectacular! The staff was very nice, Osama from reception gave us a 3 hour later checkout for free, Hossam who cleaned our room daily was always very kind and his work impeccable! We also thoroughly enjoyed our massages at the Spa, Amira was working wonders. Alaa who works in the restaurant became our friend. Marina from guest relations organised a cake for our anniversary. The beach was great, the entertainment at the club pool was also really fun and the snorkeling in the afternoons when the jetty opened spectacular. The dine around concept was fun and it was lovely to have so much choice. Oh and the teppanyaki restaurant was delicious! The beach is rocky and the water very flat unless you go in at high tide in the morning so you’ll need water shoes. The quality of the food was overall great we liked the meat options. The breakfast was a bit boring and could use some new additions.

The quality of the alcohol wasn’t great, and ice cream real fruit juice etc were paid extra. Also the breakfast hours are too short (finishing at 10am) and dinner at 9:30pm, would be great to have options for late night dinner or snacks. But overall the value for money was UNBELIEVABLE and I do think we may come back one day. The room has only two old plugs available for charging and none next to the bed, that was literally the only thing missing. The rest was perfect.

Great hotel and it's only a few minutes away from the airport so a nice short transfer. The hotel is a nice size resort with large pool. EVERYONE that works there are so nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Andrew and Mostafa at reception! The food was good and lots of options to pick from at every meal time, the food was hot and fresh in the main restaurant there was the pasta and pizza station. There was always a chicken, beef and fish dish available. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful gateway in sharm El Sheikh.

The complex was great, with easy access to the sea, and a lot of nice places at hotel complex

Food was better than expected, but still we got stomach aches - we understand that's it connected to Sharm's water supply, so no fault of hotel.

It was my first time in Charmilion and I am very satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly. My thanks goes to everyone: from the boy who cleaned the every day room, to the waiters, chefs, animators, beach and pool guards, the receptionists… Hotel manager Emil is wonderful and his colleague Teresa also. Emil upgraded my uncle's room for free and gave him a room with a sea view. We also got 5 free dinners in restaurants (I recommend fish and Japanese). Our rooms 822 and 821 were the first row to the sea with a wonderful view. The Red Sea is beautiful, if you like diving or snorkeling you will enjoy the view of a lot of fish and the coral reef that is next to the resort. The food was good, as were the cocktails. It's great that you can use all three resorts within Charmilion. The beach is large and spacious. The gardens are magical, clean with lots of palm trees. At this place you will have a really nice rest and recharge your batteries. You will enjoy this resort. Be sure to visit it and believe me - you won't regret it!
