I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dive Inn Resort and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring that my stay was comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the entertainment provided by the animators. They kept the atmosphere lively and fun, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Dive Inn. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I can't wait to visit again in the future!

The staff are so nice. The food and drinks was very good. The location is good, although not on a bus route, taxi are always available. The pool are area is kept very clean thanks to Saed. The restaurant is run well and food is plentiful thank to Ahmed Yousif. I have to mention Amr in the bar who is always cheerful and smiley.

I booked a room for 3 adults, one bed was a child's bed. Which I slept on. It was OK. I must mention the Guest Relation Manager Costa because he kindly found me another room which was one of the beautiful villas. As we were only there for 4 days, we stayed where we were, but we had a wonderful bowl of fruit organised by Costa.

The resort worth to its location and value, the room was clean and the staffs were so annoying and rude, I would never stay there again.

Our room was lovely, the balcony was the best as it was south facing so we had the sun all day! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has adequate facilities. Housekeeping was done daily if wanted and they always did a great job. The staff made our stay, especially Ibrihim who runs the taxis at the hotel, he really looked after us and was very kind. Ahmed, who runs the restaurant and the shisha bar was amazing, very kind and helpful. Costa was a fantastic host, he brought us fresh fruit to our rooms and made us feel very welcome. Motaz who runs the excursions from the hotel, again a very kind and friendly man who really looked after us. Mohammed who runs the little shop was also always very welcoming and always gave our children a sweetie at every visit. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend, arafa at the end of the road for good food, good prices and service. There are also a couple of shops within the hotel. Elijah who runs them was kind and helpful and has good quality items and good prices. Overall we felt very welcome and looked after by the hotel, they went above and beyond for us to make our stay great and will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I think could be better is the kids room, there could be more facilities for the children. Also the play area is very small and broken in many places making it quite unsafe. The music they play everyday in the entertainment area around the pool, would have been better if they had not played the same playlist day after day, and changed it up a bit. But otherwise they all put in a lot of effort. Due to the time of year we stayed it would have been nice to have had a heated pool outside but otherwise the pool was cleaned twice a day and in great condition and would be lovely in the summer months.

Smaller size hotel so felt personable and friendly. Good mix of nationalities as guests. Very clean rooms, pool, dinning area, bar. Grounds very well kept and attractive. Pool clean and attractive. Activities available and evening entertainment good. Very good food at all meals, varied selection and alcoholic drinks brought to the table on request. Fumigation done each evening to help destroy mosquitoes. Staff very efficient and friendly. Good customer relations from Costa who checked all was ok with the trip and solved any problems. Good to see solar panels used to generate electricity and separate bins for recycling.

There needed to be more sun beds and chairs and tables at the bar area. People did put towels on beds early. Some days busier than others. Some beds could have done with replacing as creaky. The selection of drinks at the bar for all inclusive could have included wine. The toilet in the room was leaking a little. The electricity went off a few times but was back on quickly. There was only one pool so music was played 10am to 12.30 Then from 3pm. At times too loud and had to ask to turn down but did improve.

Really nice place, i like the pool and the animation team, good staff especially Mr Costa He is always smiling and provides his help all the time , he is a really cooperated person, i don't want to forget the funny animation guy who is full of positive energy Mr Alex , he always makes the pool full of activities, i also don't want to forget Mr Ahmed the driver of the bus who is really accurate and cooperateed person with calm character, it will not be the last time

Although the staff of the restaurant are very lovely and there are some delicious dishes but totally the restaurant is not the best , but at the same time you will not suffer because you will find nice dishes but less variety

Breakfast box was great. Room service was wonderful. Pool bar friendly and good service. Pool and communal facilities very well maintained. Room and bathroom great. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Air con functioned brilliantly. Staff very helpful, pleasant and enthusiastic. No bugs, very clean. We weren't hasselled at all, but if staff noticed we needed assistance they were quick to act.

Perhaps an additional chair on our balcony would have been good. There were two chairs but we had three people. I didn't like to bring the inside chair out, especially as it was cushioned and we were wet from pool.

We like the staff everyone were smiling, room always clean , food is very good , Sambo the man who is working in bar is very good and kosta also and mohammed at reception , overall it was very good vacation , there were good program at hotel in the evening

The animation team wasn't good they don't smile , bad music , everyday the same music , and when we asked him to please change the music a little he said (( I like this music )) , in the morning everyone need fresh music to wake up and full of energy , not just sad music

Perfect diving center.

The breakfast was quite good, it met our expectations. The rooms were clean and the view was very nice. We had requested a room with a pool view on the first floor and our request was met. Especially Marco from the reception was lovely and polite. He was very interested in our questions and problems and even made small gestures by sending fruit and snack plates to our room. In addition, the animation team was also amusing and interested.

We had requested an early check-in, but this request was not met. We were able to check in early for a certain fee, they could have been more understanding about it.
