The room is large and very comfortable and Mr. Ibrahim was always available to clean and organize it. The breakfast/lunch/dinner are good (not great), with so many options that after 7 days I could still enjoy it. One suggestion, maybe reducing the number of options, focusing more to make them great ! The staff is very friendly, from the Reception to the pool bars. A special thanks to Aly Elsayed from the Restaurant, he is a hard worker, very efficient and always smiling !!

The Internet should be improved, the speed and also the wifi connection. The aquapark is great, but the water temperature is freezing (even for kids who don't care too much with that). The alcohol beverages have very low quality.

Everything was good, Rooms were large and clean, staff were very nice and friendly, activities was very good, you will never see a night show like this in any other resort. Swimming pools were large, kids has a lot of fun. Big thanks to Mahmoud Hosny, he worked very hard to make our rooms clean and shiny everyday.

We were expecting more variety in food considering this is a 5 start resort.

Nothing. Seriously nothing. A suggestion though, bikes or scooters (rental) for hotel residents...since the hotel is huge, this might help families to mobilize between the hotel facilities, maybe even to the beach..

Everything was excellent specially the staff was very supportive, cheerful and gentle. Special thanks to Mr. Hamed Ali 👏👍at the front desk he was very supportive even before we arrived till the moment of reaching back to our home he was following up in a gentle professional way. Everyone there was a star & trying his maximum efforts to make us happy like Mr. Mutwally ( white bar) Mr. Shady main restaurant supervisor, Abu Habiba ( kids aqua trowels holder) all the waiters in the hotels specially Mahmoud ( bar man in main restaurant) & Everyone in the hotel. Housekeeping man sorry to forget his name but he was excellent 👌

The food contents was poor, the chefs are excellent but they need more healthy contents like the oil & ghee using in the food. To the management you have to make your people happy from heart do please ask them as they're your treasure.

The place is very clean and tidy, the staff is very nice, there is a wide variety of food and drinks, a variety of facilities, many pools, water slides, ping pong, snooker, mini golf, Amazing performances every night, I would also like to mention in particular the team manager Ahmed Farhat who is always in the field and ready to help with anything

The area of ​​the place is very large and the rooms are far from a restaurant and facilities and you are forced to quite a lot, Most of the slides are not suitable for children under 10 years old!

We spent great time in this hotel. Staff is very friendly, everywhere. Thank you for your kindness, we really appreciate! All inclusive program is fantastic, as you can enjoy food and drinks almost all time of the day. There are plenty of choice, from vegetarian to meat or fish dishes; in general food very good. Kids can enjoy on 59 different water slides, open 10-17, with a break of one hour in between. Even with the first impression of outdated resort, we recommend to visit it - especially if you are travelling with children.

Wife does not work in all places, but this we knew in advance as some people already mentioned in their reviews. We bought a data sim card at the airport - which works perfect and solved the problem of limited wifi coverage in some places. The hotel offer a visit of a publich beach: 5-7min bus drive distance (free of charge from the hotel). Beach it is nothing special, better to stay in the resort.

Lots of water slides for all ages

We had such a wonderful holiday in this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and even when the rides were very busy they would still greet you with a smile and even often make us laugh! I would say the hotel staff were the highlight of this hotel. Specially Mohammed Fada who works at the lobby, he always greeted us with a smile even though our kids were very naughty at times at the lobby. He was always there to take our order and make the experience more enjoyable. As well as Amr in Reception he was very helpful and as we were leaving he said he wanted us to remember the great times we had at the hotel. Shady from the restaurant was absolutely lovely and always checked on us to see if we were happy. The entertainment was so much fun much nicer than some of the hotels I went to in Turkey. The DJ was full of life and super funny. The foam party was great!!

Perhaps if the hotel could consider shading the area between the rooms and lobby because it was too hot and it was a long walk

This is the best hotel in all over the world ! The hotel is super clash ! The managers are fantastic!! All what we needed every one just run to do . I am so happy that I came to this hotel .. my children is waiting for the next trip . The pools are amazing!! The slides out of this world Every day shows for the adult And shows for the kids !! Food all including every where we go .. eat , drink , all that u can have .. all fresh !!! This is hotel for us is no 1 on the all world . I recently stayed at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh hotel, and it was an excellent experience. Here are the key highlights: The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The water parks at both the Pickalbatros Aqua Park and the Blue hotel were fantastic, offering thrilling slides and activities for all ages. The hotel provided a wide range of delicious dining options to suit various tastes. They made my dad's birthday special with a surprise cake. The Neverland show was entertaining, though varying the acts each day would add more excitement. While the hotel's taxi service was convenient, it was slightly pricier. The reception staff was kind and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained facilities. Increasing security personnel could enhance safety. The beach and shuttle services were enjoyable; more on-site activities would be a plus. Overall, our stay at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh hotel was memorable. With a few minor improvements, it could become an even more outstanding destination for travelers.

Some guest were too noisy and we expected the hotel team to relax them.
