The breakfast is abundant, continental style. Decent music, with a nice view to the sea. I can not pick only one worker because all of them are really kind, helpful and serving. We arrived early (4AM), and the room was ready for us.

Great place for snorkeling. Mr.Adel, the caretaker of the property, tries to do his best to make guests happy and satisfied (he allowed very late check out). All staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were nice and no need to pre-order as before – its open buffet from 7 till 10. There are several restaurants near the hotel too (Hariri Restaurant of Syrian food in Mercato is special). The room was comfortable with a big bed, good pressure in the shower.

I went first to another hotel as stated in booking: "Please note that the check-in and key-collection takes place at Xperience Kiroseiz Premier Naama Bay located at Peace Road, Naama Bay" but that was not necessary. You can go directly to Hill-Top if your booking is paid. Beware also hotel doesn't have pools, just the open sea.

Everything was excellent for my needs. Good price. Family-style attitude. Nice hotel with sea view and private beach with the colourful coral reef.

Good location, service amazing

Really there is nothing I didn’t like about

The hotel has really nice grounds, on a small hill that slopes to the sea. It’s a little hard to find (some taxi drivers didn’t know where it was, but they know Queen Sharm next door, which we used as reference). There is a pier that goes across the reef so that you can snorkel. There are many sun loungers, which are used by guests from other hotels, so claim your spot early before they arrive. The best thing about this hotel, however, is the staff. If there were a Nobel Prize for Hospitality, the team at Hilltop should have one. Everyone was great and took really good care of us – starting with the brilliant and generous hotel manager, Adel. He was absolutely wonderful and gave us many tips and helped organise our day trips. At the pier, Ahmed lead us snorkelling by the reef, and also kindly helped with day trips. At the restaurant, Mahmoud not only served us a complete breakfast every day, but also packed breakfast and lunch boxes for us (and even some fruit ahead of our trip to the airport). The level of service at Hilltop was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a relaxing place where you will be taken care of well.

WOW are the first words that came to mind when I got off the bus as saw this location. Its an absolutely stunning place. Beautiful scenery, sea, sunshine and fabulous gardens. Not only that, but there's the onsite restaurant and bar. Plenty of sun loungers to choose from, either on the beach, on the hilltop or next to the bar. There's a pier into the sea which can be used to snorkelling or swimming, and there is a lifeguard on duty. The water is super warm and super clear and you can swim right up to the coral. There are lots and lots of fish to see, and they come pretty close too. We visited here as it is one of the beaches that belongs to the hotel we were staying at. 10 minute bus ride, which was free. The restaurant is situated at the top of the beach and has beautiful views of the whole area. Food in the restaurant was great, and there was plenty of it. T he restaurant staff were very accommodating and helpful and it was kept very clean and tidy. The bar held all the drinks you could need, water, juice, beers, wine and cocktails, and all were included in the price. We already knew the bar staff from our hotel, so Amgad and Gerges knew exactly what we wanted, and they kept us replenished all day, with service to our lounger. There are little beach huts that are available to rent, for the night. This cost us around £50 and the room we had was simply divine. Small and dainty, but with everything that we needed, and we had the most beautiful view when we woke up of the beach and sea. Plenty of drawers and a small hanging space, large bed and a tv. Bathroom with hairdryer, and shaving facilities. The only downside was there was not a lot of pressure on the shower, The little veranda had a bench seat with table. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We asked for a specific room, and it was already in use, but the guests were leaving that day, so they gave us the use of another hut till ours was available.

The only thing that could have been improved was the pressure of the shower water.

A wonderful, sweet, quiet, authentic hotel! I stayed at this hotel in early May 2024. They greeted me wonderfully, they placed me perfectly! The service is at the highest level! All my wishes or comments were immediately accepted for execution! The hotel is very cozy, not a small green well-groomed territory, both palm trees and flowers are watered every morning! Very friendly and helpful staff! And the General Manager is attentive and caring, he was constantly interested in how I rest, what wishes I had. It is very pleasant and not often found! I am a diver, so I can safely recommend this hotel for free travelers and divers! The BB and HB system is the most convenient for me, in the morning I had breakfast and left for the port, to dive from the ship, and in the evening I just returned to the hotel. Very quiet, so soulful and romantic! The bungalows are located as close to the sea as possible, and the territory is beautifully illuminated at night, you can sit quietly right on the shore and dream by the sea, listen to the lapping of the waves. The hotel is conveniently located in the Hadabat area, within walking distance of Il Merkato, Fares fish restaurant, cafe and El Fanar beach, entertainment complex 1000 and 1 night (Leyla Wa Leyla), even Farsha cafe is very close. I will definitely return there! I think the price-quality ratio is very reasonable. And it is important that there are no unnecessary overpayments for AI, especially for divers, when you are not at the hotel until the evening, and in the evening you want to relax in silence! The staff are extremely friendly and really try to be helpful. Adel, the caretaker of the property, even took me to the old town market one evening to show me around. I did not request it, nor was I charged anything for it, he purely did it because he is a friendly guy! The location is great, close to El Fanaar beach which is great for snorkeling and a bit of freediving. You can scuba there too if you want. There are several shops near the hotel too, snacks, t-shirts, beer, souvenirs.... The property itself is rather nice with lots of grass and plenty of shade by the beach. A good sturdy walkway gets you past the reef dropoff for a nice snorkel. The room was comfortable with a nice bed, good pressure in the shower (nice big shower to clean off snorkeling gear) and aircon. There was a TV as well but I never switched it on so I can't comment on what is available to watch, rather spend your time outdoors, that's why you're there!

WiFi connection is a bit sketchy, quite often my phone would prompt me to sign in again but the sign in page never loads. The connection is actually still active, just extremely slow at times and the phone thinks the connection dropped. Signing in requires a one time username and password that is randomly generated by someone on demand, at times it is hard to get hold of said someone though.

The staff was so friendly, polite and professional, the location was nice you can find InDrive easily for moving around the city, the beach was coral and nice, and the place was calm and cozy but small but yeah it matched with the idea for camp. the place is perfect for unwinding, room was nice and housekeeping every day, The staff always asked you if u needed anything. Thank you Mr.Adel for your welcoming hospitality and for making everything smooth and of course all the staff

The quality and quantity of food were so limited not satisfying 100% with food, toilets need to be renewed. but overall was such a good place and veeerryyy nice and friendly staff
