The location is great, walking distance to lots of places. Very friendly and helpful staffs, especially the house keepers. Our family with kids had good time staying for 3 nights. The room design is really nice, separate bedroom and setting area. Feels like home.

I am at a loss for words to describe how wonderfully kind, helpful, and understanding Bruce (manager) and Artem (front desk) were. We encountered some problems that required us to make changes in our booking and they helped us sort it out without any hassle or issues. These 2 people were made to be in the hotel business and the property is very fortunate to have them as employees. Other staff were equally amazing such as Aivee at front desk and the concierge.

There were some homeless people close to the property which might be uncomfortable for some, especially kids. We simply stayed away and avoided eye contact (a tip from Artem). A short 500 meter walk takes you to Robson Street where there are less homeless people, lots of shops and restaurants.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Hotel and room were clean. Balcony was nice to see out and get some fresh air. Bed was fantastic.

Hotel is dated and room layout was scrunched, even though we had a larger room compared to some. Granville St is dicey in spots for certain. Not the hotel’s fault but something for less urban travelers and families with kids to keep in mind. We didn’t have trouble but were nervous some nights walking back to hotel after dinner. If I was traveling without my partner I would not have felt comfortable walking alone at night given the large unhoused population.

The hotel and staff were very good and friendly, location is 20 min from the Vancouver convention Centre and had many lovely restaurants close by.

Although the location of the property was convenient, it had a very sketchy street in front of it that always had junkies and homeless people and adult shops and I did not feel safe after dark (or at sunrise) unless I walked around that street and took a longer path. This might just be how Vancouver is.

Its an older building thats had some renos and upgrades over the years. The pull out sofa bed was the usual horribleness ya expect in hotels, totally uncomfortable. The price is good for an older Vancouver hotel, the location was good for our needs. The hotel restaurant breakfast was good. The staff were also accomodating and polite. This hotel met our budget oriented needs, and was perfectly comfortable for the money we paid.

Typical uncomfortable sofa bed, that all hotels seem to have. Why cant hotels buy a decent sofa bed mattress?!?!?!

Great location...lots of eating and shopping places nearby...also convenience stores...two.metro stations and bus stops withing 5 min walking distance along with taxi stand opposite to road..Good room facilities and space..

Cupboards in roo. We're old and difficult to open close...with kids might be a injury hazard...acoustics were terrible with noise from adjoining rooms...

The location was downtown within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling as a group of 9 so we really enjoyed the sitting area in the room to meet up and discuss plans.

There were lots of homeless people on Granville Street. A few streets up were high dollar stores and no homeless people. We were a group walking together so we felt safe.

I enjoyed the king size bed, private balcony and coffee machine. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The underground parking was especially wonderful to keep my car off the streets. The staff were helpful and knowledgable and very kind. I much enjoyed how close to everything the hotel is and how easy it was to pop back to the room quickly.

The king size bed although luxurious and quite enjoyable just wasn't as soft as I enjoy my beds to be. Feels like there needs to be better signs for how the parking works, we thought you had to pay through hangtag but you don't, but it is awesome you guys charge less than hang tag. There were also some holes in the balcony covered by loose circles that should probably be secured down.

I liked that it was very easy to get to the hotel from the pacific central station (7min by taxi) and it was within walking distance to many places and easy access to get on the hop on hop off buses.

The only disadvantage is that it is located in a very hotspot for night life so it can be very noisy on weekends with lots of sirens and always something going on. I guess that’s the way it is in the big cities. The value for money I think for the room price per night maybe breakfast could or should have been included?

The hotel is centrally located near downtown - a great location There were adequate amenities at your disposal in the room and the attention to detail was impressive. I booked a standard room and was offered a suite. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant was good.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel.
