The room view was great. The blinds were amazing, no light went through it, and we didn't know what time it was as it was so dark and peaceful. Staff very friendly.and professional. Food was well presented. Several eating and drinking places in the hotel that was nice. Drinks in the bar really good. Room service is quick and served well. If you like supercars, they have a lot outside at the lobby upon entrance parked up. Good view. Hotel staff helped to get taxis really quickly. They even give you a taxi card to show the taxi to and from the hotel.

On Mondays, all bars are closed. When I come on vacation everyday is a holiday for us so we would like to enjoy the hotel amenities as much as possible too. The pool was too cold to swim in. Even with the hot sun. Was surprised by that.

The service was superb. The hotel staff is very attentive from concierge, front desk to dining service, really all the way around. The outdoor pool is amazing. It gets busy during holiday time, and the hotel has divided whole day into 4 session system to manage the crowd, which seems to be quite effective. However, the pool can still get busy in the afternoon, especially during and before the weekend. The room size is smaller than usual, but you get everything you’d need. I have a teenager, a tweenager, and a smaller boy. We were able to fit in comfortably in a king-size bed room with a sofa that can be converted to an extra bed. The hotel is situated on the top of a mountain in a nice neighborhood, right above Itaewon. The view is spectacular, and I enjoyed quietness from being away from the crowd. It’s an easy taxi ride to Itaewon, Myeong-dong, Dongdaemum etc, the usual tourist area. There are many restaurants along a short hill walk from the hotel. If you want to stay, the hotel has many restaurant options and the deli can be the convenient option as well.

The elevator ride can get tricky during rush hours. When it happens, the hotel does have staff on the lobby level and pool level to manage the waiting line, but do expect extra long wait time.

Amazing hotel, spacious, luxurious, clean, friendly staff, great facilities. The room was very comfortable and very spacious compared to other hotels in Seoul. We mentioned we were on our honeymoon, so the hotel offered us a bottle of wine and a box of Korean sweets which were delicious. The amenities in the room were excellent. And the view on the Han river and Gangnam is simply gorgeous.

The location was a bit far from the main sreas of Seoul. 30 min by bus from DDP/Myeongdong, 20 min by bus from Gangnam. It is however quite close to Itaewon and the National Museum area.

The hotel was not that accessible. If you’re a tourist, it’s not that convenient since it’s far from tourist spots, bus stops, and subway stations. Nonetheless, the room’s spacious for two people. They upgraded us to a larger room because no rooms left for higher floors. The view was still good—we could see Namsan Tower and the Seoul skyline. We had a great and comfortable sleep. The beddings were super comfy.

The room’s kinda old (but that’s understandable I think). The facilities were limited. We felt like it’s not good for its price.

Wonderful views of the city and Han river. Rooms were clean and well kept. Location central, 15 min downhill walk to Itaewon. Close to CU and GS25 for snack needs.

Not near a Metro station.
