I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was really good and exceeded my expectations. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The bathtub in my room appeared quite old and was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cold enough, which affected my comfort. Also, the hotel elevator and the corridors were really hot, which made moving around the hotel quite uncomfortable. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The room was very clean and fresh, a few little things that need attention, and highlighted to the team at the front desk upon checkout. The bell boy, pool attendants, valet parking, desk staff & housekeeping all nailed it when I came to a seamless and comfortable stay. Very enjoyable & would stay again.

Recently renovated and showing age on the balcony at such an early stage, bathtub plug didn't work, bathrobes not available for sale.

From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and exceptional hospitality. Serigne welcomed us warmly and surprised us daily with delightful chocolate dates, a personal touch that made our stay even more special. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is perfectly maintained, exuding a sense of true old-money luxury that feels both timeless and sophisticated. Our room was spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a breathtaking view that added an extra layer of magic to our experience. The resort boasts the largest pool in Abu Dhabi, and we spent entire days lounging and soaking up the sun, enjoying the serene atmosphere. Dining options were exquisite, each meal a delightful experience showcasing the finest flavors. Overall, our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi was unforgettable. We left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly pampered, already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking the ultimate luxury getaway!

I have been going through the most difficult journey in my life and am blessed to have had my final cancer treatment Friday.  My dear friend and I decided to celebrate at the Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi.   It was the best experience we could have hoped for.  We were greeting in reception with lovely beverages and congratulatory welcome messages from the staff.  We felt like VIPs from the moment we arrived.  The room was filled with balloons, the bed was covered with fragrant rose petal and 'CONGRATS' out of the rose stems.  There was a fruit tray and strawberry heart mousse dessert as well.  But the most touching part of the experience was the loving care from the staff.  They left personal notes in the room.  Everywhere we went, the staff knew who we were and provided such amazing personalised service.  Every person we came in contact with from the driver of the buggy to staff walking through the corridor went above and beyond.  A thank you to Fortunate for arranging it all, Ruth, Ibraham and Ira for their extra care as we arrived, housekeeping for the set up, in room dining for accomdating our special requests, and finally the al fresco service at both pools for for ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. It was the best resort experience either of has experienced and we have traveled extensively. We are excited to return.  I would recommend the Ritz Carlton to everyone particulary if they are celebrating a special event.

Me and my wife recently stayed at the Ritz Charlton in Abu Dhabi and can only give our highest regards to the service we received at the hotel, a highlight of our trip that made our time there as wonderful as it could have possibly been. From the moment we stepped into the lobby the service of the consilerge the service was inpecibld and the friendly staffed greeted us with a refreshing beverage and kindly assisted us with taking our bags to our room and showing us the layout of the hotel. Special mention must be given to out house keeper Saurabh who left out room in an immaculate state for the duration of our stay and we were frequently surprised with handmade towel sculptures that Saurabh put in our room as well as a special birthday message in rose petals which was a beautiful surprise to us and brightened up our arrival. Some images will be attached which will show his creativity which we were so lucky to be blessed with. Furthermore another memeber of staff Gamal of the client relations concierge team was another standout who was incredibly kind to me and my wife and made us feel very welcome when we would arrive from our travels of Abu Dhabi and was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on activities to do and also with helping us with any query we had regarding where to go to get help with booking activities. He also presented us with a wonderful gift of Oud when leaving the hotel which we did not expect and was a very kind and touching. Our stay wouldn't have been what it was if it wasn't for the service revieved by Saurabh and Gamal and for this reason the Ritz Charlton would be the only hotel we return to if we make a trip to Abu Dhabi again in the future. We recommend anyone visiting Abu Dhabi in the near future to stay here as its a certain you will have an experience as wonderful as we had and will make your holiday feel extra special.

It's a resort in the middle of the capital. It's perfect place to choose for both holidays and business trips. It's half an hour away from airport or any main vacation activities in Abu Dhabi and it's half an hour to all business activities as well. Breakfast and dinner has a large variety of food to choice. I think it's the largest number of possible options from different cuisines including European, Asian and Indian. Russians will find grechka for breakfast meal. They have extremely comfortable beds and all the facilities. It was a really pleasant stay.

Well, if you want to swim in open water, this place is not for you. It's just impossible in the Canal. It's not related to the hotel but the landscape itself.

The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in the door. We were actually a bit surprised by how kind and helpful all the staff were. Gamal from guest services was by far and away the best person we have dealt with ever in a hotel. He is an absolute asset to your business. If I had business in Abu Dhabi I would try to poach him from you. There was a minor misunderstanding (mostly on our part) and Gamal went above and beyond to rectify it for us. We also had amazing dealings with all the pool staff, the door staff and everyone who looked after us in the restaurants. John from tourism services and also Milan and Christley from concierge.

That we couldn't stay longer.

From the moment you arrive, it is just wonderful. The lobby is beautiful, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The bed and bedding is just perfect, even bath robe was heavenly. The young lady from guest relations was delightful and even had a beautiful cake bought up to us with balloons for our wedding anniversary. The reception was a little chaotic when we arrived and our room got delayed.. but they instantly upgraded us for the inconvenience... really top class service. Oh and the pool is super warm.. so nice! Oh and finally, the breakfast was superb!

The team hospitality was beyond expectations, I ask for some romantic arrangement before arrival and they arranged it in beautiful way , early check in and our room was ready upon arrival! The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in many hotels around the world , many options, variety of diets are considered. Gold from the front desk was super nice and supportive. For family with kids , they would love the pool , beach and kids area. Most importantly, the soundproofing is great though you are close to airport but you hardly hear any noise.
