I love this hotel. Receptionists during check-in are so nice and profesional. Perfect room with amazing view. Nice bathroom. Stylish swiming with warm watter. Amazing art style in all the hotel.

I loved the whole "furthest leaning building of the world" idea. The architecture is amazing. The location was perfect for me as I was there to visit the exhibition. The staff was very polite, from the people who checked me in to Mr. Moin the door man who arranged my taxi for going back to the airport. The room was clean, I stayed in 3003, the view was fantastic, the electric curtains were very practical, the TV had many channels to choose from, a complementary mini bar, house keeping showed up in the afternoon to clean my room everyday

The breakfast buffet could use some more variety, the selection was a bit narrow. The same goes for the ala carte dinner menu, it should have a wider selection. The hotel had tiny issues that could have been removed had the maintenance party looked to it in a bit more detail. For example the shower gel dispenser in the shower was not working perfectly, I saw 1 tiny bug in the salad bowl in the breakfast buffet, showed it to the manager and he removed it immediately. Sometimes it takes a while to get a taxi at this location but the people at the exit door can always call one for you in a few mins.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi. The location was perfect, with everything—shopping, dining, and attractions—just a short distance away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind. What truly stood out, though, was the breathtaking view from the high floors—an incredible panorama of the city skyline and beyond, especially at sunset. It was the perfect way to end each day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a central, comfortable stay with an unforgettable view.

We had an excellent stay at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and our luggage was handled promptly even before check-in. The lobby’s inviting and comfortable interior set the tone for a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, offering stunning views that added to the overall charm of the stay. The building’s unique and innovative design was a highlight and made our visit even more memorable. A special mention to the concierge, Moin, who ensured a seamless departure by arranging our taxi to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

This hotel was truly outstanding. The building itself was incredible with amazing views of the city from the bedrooms. We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was the best out of any hotel we've been, with a full buffet and made to order options. The rooms and hotel were spotless with all of the amenities you could need. There was nothing about our stay we didn't like or felt could be improved. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We would 100% recommend this hotel!

The room was exceptionally large and the bathroom was gorgeous. The bathtub had a lovely view and was a great size for one person. The restaurant was french chic, with a nice color palette. The buffet was a nice size with a little bit of everything. Eggs were cooked to your order and brought to your table. The pool lobby was quaint, with fresh lemon water. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The location was a bit far from downtown and Yas Island. A suggestion would be to add bath supplies, such as a loofah/sponge, bubbles and bath salts.

1. Technician Arun is helpful and amazing, he just touched the remote control only and the TV worked again. 2. You can have the honeycomb from the breakfast, which is out of my expectation. 3. The room is quiet and clean. 4. The design of the hotel facade is still avant-garde 5. The mini bar is partially complimentary, which is friendly to me.

1. The room is not fully carpeted. 2. it was built in 2011. And of course, you can feel some wear and tear of the interior of the room, but not that much. 3. As a 5 star hotel, please the hotel general manager should train your staff that the gesture of too eager to request your guest to write down a comment is somewhat annoying and not necessary. If your customer is happy and satisfied, they will tend to write an comment for it. So, don't push your customers to do anything, especially Andaz is boasting to be a 5-star hotel.

From the valet service, to the staff at reception and in the restaurant , I found the service exceptional. You only have to look up slightly to find someone at your assistance...it is just spectacular. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean and well furnished as are the facilities. There is an onsite spa and a fair gym facility...all made for just a perfect stay!

i were very disappointed with the housekeeping situation, I asked directly one of housekeeping staff to clean bath tub because there was hair stuck in water drain and i show him and told him i want enjoy the tub before check-out and he left and ignored me, and at 11:45 i dialled to operator to send house keeping, so no one comes until my checkout they spoiled my plan before my checkout…
