We loved being close to downtown. We walked to the downtown & back. The Breakfast was Amazing!!!

I requested towels & it took quite a while for them to come but they did arrive!

We have stayed in many Embassy Suites locations nationwide, and many were originally built in the 80's & 90's. Many have been refurbished and this location is about to get a major overhaul (according to the staff...). To be fair, the Hotel, overall, is in pretty decent shape, and we would stay here again. It is the little things that are noticeably worn beyond the dated decor. Bathroom fixtures and amenities chipping, curtains with a few holes, dated bedding, etc... But it is all kept relatively clean. we would still recommend a stay here...

I liked the friendliness of the staff and that my room came with a snack pack. I didn’t know that I would be getting that. It was so convenient because I had 3 kid boys with me.

I didn’t like that the window in the bedroom wouldn’t close and it was really cold, there were big spider webs at the top of the window, and the staff seemed a little annoyed that we needed more towels because the room only came with 2 small and 2 medium towels.

Great location, just a short drive to town and other surrounding attractions.

Night staff wasn't very pleasant or informative. Breakfast crew on the second day, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Breakfast on the 1st day was delicious. 2nd day was dry, overcooked biscuits with hard, undercooked potatoes.

The free breakfast was very good. The Thanksgiving meal they offered was very good too, though a bit pricey it offered a LOT of food for said price. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local attractions and things to do/visit.

There was a mandatory security deposit (I forgot what they called it) that I was completely not aware of. It might have said it somewhere when I booked but I feel that information should be front and center and/or included when I book the room. It was refunded to me upon my checking out, but it still blindsided me.

Soda fountain in lobby where you can get free soda 24hrs. Fresh made in front of you based on individual taste. Happy hour with free snacks and drinks on Christmas eve was awesome. And complimentary snacks in lobby. The open glass elevator to the 9th floor was fun for the kids but could be a little scary for those afraid of heights. Rooms are perfect for Large families with two full beds and a pull out sofa bed.

The fountain ran out of Dr. Pepper on our 2nd night and Ketchup dispensers were empty.

The staff were very friendly and enjoyable. The lobby areas were open, pleasant, and inviting. The overall design welcomes people and facilitates people meeting and greeting fellow travelers.

What’s not to like?! For me, the location is good; it’s relatively close to downtown Hot Springs. All things considered, there is nothing upon which to improve. I discovered renovations will be done on this facility. That’s a mark of excellence to me.

Check in was easy and one of the hotel staff texted me to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Since we were there for two days, I was contacted again by the staff to make sure everything was acceptable. I thought that was really nice customer service.

I don't have anything that I disliked at this property. My daughter and I were there for a school convention, so the proximity to the convention center and the downtown area was ideal.

We enjoyed great customer service. made to order breakfast, location of the hotel (close to eateries and shopping areas), and the friendly atmosphere during Happy Hours.

We didn't like the hidden parking fee. We were told parking in a certain area was free, but we were charged a fee for each night we stayed. Small construction was going on, but bearable.

everything here was fantastic EXCEPT the indoor pool. primary reason I booked this place was for the pool. This was my daughter’s mini birthday getaway and she loves to swim. unfortunately the pool was horribly cold. I’ve never experienced an indoor pool being kept so cold in the winter. and on top of that there were no towels available in the atrium. we requested some and it took the staff 20 minutes to bring any in. I know the pool may seem like a small issue but it’s frustrating when that was the main reason I chose this place
