very clean. great small breakfast.

I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool and gym. pool was under maintenance. and the weightlifting machine that was in the photos was non present. pretty annoying.

I almost liked everything, staff, facility, the area where the hotel is located is safe you can go to walk around at any time without any concerns .

The location , you need to have a car, not many close shopping centers or restaurants around that you can access by walking you need to have your car or to order uber. Moreover, breakfast , not many choices are available and its repetitive. otherwise all good.

Room was super spacious and modern, I loved the dove brand products and big bathroom mirror. Mini fridge and microwave were a great size. The bed plugs were ideal, so many options for charging.

Breakfast was very limited and super crowded, there needs to be more seating. There were no milk alternative options or dairy free yogurt. I did not like that every feature at the hotel felt for profit, like early check in...other hotels allow it if available and it's only an extra 2-3 hours you get once receiving the room. The $5 package change felt expensive for each, maybe an option of after the 2nd package there should be a fee would be nicer to the customers, instead the check in and check out page felt money hungry.

The property was very comfortable and had all that we needed for a short stay! Shirley is the best! Reason why we returned twice within the 10 days! She did her very best to accommodate myself and my family! I love the fact there is an ice machine on every floor as well as a microwave in every room. Fantastic! The location is within walking distance to some shops! Really handy! Or use an Uber which isn’t that much since you are near to a lot of places. I love the fact they can accommodate pets! I didn’t have one but both animals and owners were well behaved.

It was a bit too dark. I wish it was lighter and change the carpet in the hallway. Would brighten things up!

The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Not great, but it gave us a nice start to the day. :) The property also offers a free coffee station, which I thought was a nice touch.

The hotel charges $5 for each Amazon package delivered, which I believe they could waive to make life easier for customers, especially those who went to Miami for shopping. The breakfast space was very limited for the number of people the hotel hosts. The same could be said for the parking lot area; some nights we had to park outside. It wasn't a big deal, but keep this in mind. Finally, our room was never cleaned during our 4-day stay.

The staff were courteous and tried very hard to accommodate our concerns.

We were three in a room - king size bed and pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was horrible, mattress was super thin and indented in the middle - it was impossible to sleep on it. After much discussion with staff, they managed to get me a rollaway bed. It was way better than the sofa bed, but the comfort level was a bit lacking. I was grateful this was just a one-night stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and very supportive. They accommodated my mother's mobility issues by assigning us a ground-floor room, which was very helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and was fantastic, although it can get busy around 9 to 10 a.m. Arriving early made it easier to enjoy without crowds. The location is excellent, with several restaurants just across the street. We used Uber to get around, and because the hotel was close to different locations we wanted to visit, the rides were inexpensive (such as to Dolphin Mall).

I like the room rate for this time of the year and the location in Doral and near the airport. The room was exceptionally clean and neat and tidy.

The coffee maker was not in good working order because it was missing the part that held the coffee package while being brewed. The Direct TV channels were unavailable, but we weren't going to watch much TV anyway. The windows had some sort of film on them that you couldn't see outside regardless of a good view or not. We didn't mention this to the hotel staff.

A very nice hotel close to the airport providing all the basic facilities for a home away from home. Ample parking. The room was very clean and spacious with very big and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean and had plenty of towels, high water pressure and Dove toiletries. There is a little corner in the room with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, very useful! The staff were very helpful. The hotel offers paid shuttle services to the Miami port. Definitely a good stay at a relatively normal price, since all prices for accommodation are super high in Miami area!

The hotel is very well located. The rooms and lobby are recently renovated. They offer complimentary stuff for personal hygiene. The room itself was big enough, the AC worked fine throughout our stay.

There are some improvements to be done like the Wi-Fi, if you are not on the lobby there is no Wi-Fi. They tell you that it comes and goes, but it never actually worked. The elevators are extremely slow. The parking on site is very limited, if you get to the hotel past 10pm is almost impossible to park.
