It was modern, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, free shuttle close to 24 hour food places for those late night arrivals, good noise control good black out.

Shower pressure wasn’t the greatest

For a Marriott I expected at least complimentary breakfast. The hotel was clean.The ac unit made weird loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. And other than me standing at the shuttle pickup at the airport for two hours and it never came ! The front only said sorry but it’s a free service . They took moving off my stay or offered one free breakfast, anything. The rooms are clean, staff was nice , housekeeping was really hospitable. Rooms only have a bathroom mirror not a full body mirror which sucks ! I’ve never seen a room without a full body mirror.

Although the airport is very near, we didn't hear the planes from our room. From the pool, yes! From the room, no! Staff were friendly and the room itself was plain, not artsy, but simple and solid. Loved the wood slider door for the bathroom, and the king bed. Oh, and the airport shuttle too.

Right near the airport, pretty far from downtown sights. Walked to little shopping mall with a good Peruvian restaurant, but to cross the main street we had to dash between lots of moving traffic. No bridge or crosswalk nearby.

Everything! It’s extremely clean, very up to date, and the staff are wonderful. On top of that I had the best night of sleep I have ever had in an “airport hotel.” It’s incredibly quiet! This was my second stay at Four Points and I can promise you that I will stay there every time I need a hotel in Miami.

It is a little far on the shuttle, but it was worth it. Because we were not bothered by airport noise.

The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable. Walking distance to Chipotle, Duncan Donuts, McDonald's and Denny's - although for the later two you have to cross a 6 lane highway.

We waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and when it arrived we were told the shuttle was full and we would need to wait for the next one. When the second one arrived it was also full and we, along with several other passengers, had to stand for the duration of the trip - 30 minutes or so. This van stops at 3 hotels so there is probably never a time that the van is not full.

Check in and out went quickly and seamless. We had an early morning flight so no breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was a little farther from the airport than I thought, but there was a free 24 hour shuttle which was very helpful. The shuttle drivers were not very friendly, especially the afternoon driver on the date of arrival.

The pool area is very nice and was stocked and cleaned while i was there, around 3pm. Enjoyed Happy Hour as I'm from NC where they don't allow it.

Called and asked front desk to give me a wake up call at 5 am, as I'm usually a late riser and didn't trust myself to wake at that hour for flight. Never got the call. Thankfully, my daughter wasn't able to sleep so she woke me.

Beautiful hotel, reception is very welcoming and smells lovely. The rooms are clean, modern and I thought the welcome screen on the TV with my name on was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy, free water in the room was a bonus as we arrived late. Shower was brilliant, and a nice temperature.

The people in the corridors were loud, obviously this isn't the hotels problem, but something to note if you're a late sleeper.

We arrived later than a family friend. But had done the online check-in. So let her in the room. Then when we came back off the cruise the next week. We were there Early and Yaney helped us store our luggage and got us our rooms as quick as possible. Ivanna was also extremely helpful during our stay.

I had a hard time reaching the property before our stay.

We stayed overnight to get in early for our cruise the next day. Room was clean. Donell at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, great personality, and very helpful! Nick our bartender and server, was wonderful as well! The food was very good, we enjoyed the chicken Caesar salad and the macaroni and cheese, and sitting outside by the pool to relax.
