Proximity to MIA airport, free shuttle to/from airport and breakfast.

Shuttle took approx 30 minutes from the time it left hotel to arrive to airport to pick up guests. At the time of our pickup, we noticed shuttle was also providing service for quality inn hotel guests. Those guests were dropped off first to their hotel and then Wingate second . So anyone using shuttle service should factor in additional time to their arrival or departure from airport if they intend to use the service to avoid any delays. The lighting was also very dim in bathroom. Not enough for applying makeup. And the toilet was not leveled, or kissing a bolt.

Ideal for our one night stay - beds comfortable etc. Food was as expected. Close to Miami airport. There was a shuttle from the airport although we did have to wait 1hr for the pickup.

It would have been good to have accurate time for the pickup from the airport - we had to wait an hour and weren’t sure it would come. As we Only had UK based phones we couldn’t phone the hotel to check on timings.

Our flights out of Miami were cancelled. By the time we tried for a hotel, we couldn't get a room so we spent the night in the airport. Wingate advised we come first thing in the morning and it would get us into a room before the normal 3 pm check-in. We were able to check in around 9:30 am which was wonderful.

The shuttle did not run frequently enough.

Oh my goodness everything. I loved the location. Even though I wanted to be in walking distance of the mall I still appreciated the distance The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the daily housekeeping service. The breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed it. Suggestion I’m not a coffee fan so maybe include some herbal tea options or hot chocolate options to the menu The reception staff both day and night were amazing, kind, and accommodating . In the words of our favourite receptionist… no you’re the best 🤣😂 So excited to book our next stay Oh yes let me say to future guest what you see in the photos it’s the real deal. I was scared as a first time guest to an international hotel because I know and I have heard how some hotels don’t update their photos to reflect the true environment but here is not the case.

It’s not a didn’t like but more of a suggestion. I didn’t know Miami was soooo populated with Spanish speaking residents so my biggest issue was not being able to communicate with some of the staff and the locals around the area. However the staff and I still got a good laugh out of the experience because of how we tried to communicate with each other. I loved it there and can’t wait to be back 💕

The location, depending on the traffic the time to the airport could be best or worst. The carpets need better cleaning.

I stopped here for a quick overnight stay. I chose this place for the price, quality of reviews, and free airport shuttle. I have to say I was not disappointed and will very likely book again on future trips/layovers. The airport shuttle was east and efficient. The staff upon check in was very friendly. My room was clean, spacious, well lit (not overly bright and obnoxious lights which give headaches, but a lovely warm yet bright enough feel). I happened to be there on a Monday so I assumed the bar was closed, but when I went downstairs the concierge told me they had someone available to serve so I was able to have a few drinks and a bite to eat from the restaurant. He made my dish to order, it was simple and delicious. I slept like a baby that night in the very comfortable bed! The next morning I enjoyed the free continental breakfast. It was again simple, but perfect for a free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, Belgian waffles, cereals, yogurt, juices and coffee were all offered as part of the breakfast. I did show up early so I could make my shuttle back to the airport and I noticed that by the time I was leaving the hotel, the dining area was pretty busy. But when I was there it was quiet and easy. I took the shuttle back to the airport which, again, was seamless. I had a surprisingly great evening at this hotel for a quick stopover, I feel the value for the price was fantastic. I will book again!

very clean with pleasant staff. I arrived bout 12 noon and was given room early at no extra charge even though checkin wasnt until 3pm. I was also allowed to checkout at 12 noon at no extra charge even though checkout was at 11am

Bar was closed in the evening and it wouldve been nice to have a couple of beer. Also, at first glance the suite I had was nice but on closer inspection there were quite a lot of scuff marks on the furniture. this was a little unsightly as it exposed the light wood under the dark finish. These marks cudve been made less noticeable by using a brown magic marker or a touch of brown paint.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the variety of options that were made available. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent.

I had some issues with the way the staff dealt with me and the packages I sent to the hotel. I was told that there were no packages received for me even though I had proof of receipt from the delivery company. After several attempts back and forth with reception the packages that were "not there" suddenly were given to me. In the end, it came down to earlier staff not notifying later staff of the location of some of the items as well as improper documentation of what was actually collected by staff. The book that was supposed to be used did not have one of the packages recorded and the name recorded in the book for the other package was not my full name which could have led to the mix-up.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. The room was nice and comfortable. No disturbance from airplane noise. (we were on the fifth floor) Bathroom was clean and spacious. Basics were provided. Take some time to enjoy the art displayed throughout the hotel, I found it a fun, nice touch.

As others mentioned in their reviews, the breakfast is a little subpar. It's edible, but just very bland and limited. Coffee was weak and watery and not a fan of the fried hotdogs either. The fact that it was complimentary breakfast makes up for it a little bit. I'd be mad if I had to pay for it.

Checked in for one night on the evening of 26/07/2024 Very welcoming and friendly receptionist. We were in a lovely room with a separate seating area. Breakfast selection was good, but the breakfast staff either couldn't speak English or pretended they couldn't understand when I asked about decaf coffee, and my husband enquired where the butter was located. The older lady breakfast staff member was very abrupt and impatient when I was trying to get milk from the milk flask, forcing me to give up because she was glaring at me to hurry. Also, single use polystyrene cups, plates, and plastic cutlery only available at breakfast. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel and the friendly staff served an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant when we arrived the evening before
