Very clean hotel with friendly staff. My room was big and comfy. Hot tea and coffee available in the lobby all day. American breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Be aware that the hotel is very close to highway and outlets, but not so close to historical St Augustin. However, there is an option to pay for a transfer to the city and leave your car in hotel, which makes perfect sense due to expensive parking in St Augustin.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is convenient if traveling to St. Augustine or just stopping for the night while traveling I-95.

Breakfast needed some sort of protein and "hot food" needed to be hot instead of slightly warm. Also, some of the items ran out before "breakfast hours" were over and did not get refilled or replaced.

The location was convenient to the major roadways. It was located about 5 miles outside the historic district. It was very comfortable, quiet, and, clean. Great for a short stay or a longer trip.

I didn't find much to dislike. The access off the road requires a U turn and getting out requires the same. At rush hour traffic can get pretty dangerous however, this is being extremely picky and more of an advisory statement. I did notice a few guests having difficulty towing campers and things.

It was very friendly when I came and early they let me check in which was very nice I was tired coming off the road so it kind of helped out to get relaxed and doing to my party. Keep up the great work the place was clean when I came in the beds were comfortable they see it was nice and the TV or in the refrigerator is perfect.

There is nothing in here I didn't like everything was perfect I'm easy to please.

I was caught in a storm so I arrived late and was really tired. The person at the desk was super nice and made me feel good.

I tried calling the hotel because I wasn’t sure my GPS was taking me to the right address. It took me a while to get the direct phone number to the hotel. Calling the one on my reservation was a hassle. Push this number…then this number… tell the machine what it is you want and then wait a long time for a live person to answer who then could not find the reservation. I truly dislike automated customer service. After 30 minutes of searching on google I was able to find the number to the specific location.

Great price, great location, comfortable beds and pillows! My sister and I both have bad backs, so comfy matresses are very important. I am happy to report that we both had a great night's sleep! Friendliest staff ever and delicious biscuits and gravy at breakfast! I will definitely stay here again if I'm back this way.

Unsure if it was their fault, so hesitant to say, but the tile floor was a bit sandy under bare feet. My sister and I had both already walked on the floor wearing our shoes while unloading the car, so it could have been our fault. This was the only issue I had, and I can't blame them.

De have been staying here since 2017 except COVID years. We love it the staff is warm and attentive and the facility is clean. Definitely you get your needs met and it’s close to downtown, mall and attractions. Definitely worth the price!!

Perhaps updated beds (comfort) but then again I hurt due to health reasons.
