Great location, free parking, every employee we interacted with was fantastic, kid loved the indoor pool.

They charged us for our room 3 times because I paid with a different card than I booked with - I did get my money back and they were the ones who caught it and called me to ask which card I wanted charged. But we overheard someone else at the front desk having a similar issue, so maybe it’s common? Also I had to have my card key reprogrammed every day because it didn’t work when I got back to my room each night which was inconvenient after a long day.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is always good. The building is getting old and there is basic maintenance that may need to be addressed but it is always clean and great staff.

The room was spacious, and clean . The bed was comfortable and allowed for a restful sleep. The whole vibe was one of peace and comfort. Breakfast was superb. Healthy and plenty options to choose from. Coffee was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive and kind. This will be my first choice whenever I am in town. Near by Dinner options were good and affordable. Gratitude to the staff.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff was friendly we had an issue with the bathroom and someone was looking at it without 10 min. Fixed in 30 min. Breakfast had a variety and lots of it! Staff was able to speak to the travelers and resolve an issue others were having. They were respectful and fair in resolving the issue.

The carpets in the hallways and our rooms were super stained and or dirty. The rooms had a stale smell to them. I think it just needs a little bit of TLC and it would be fine.

We had a rental car making this a convenient location to get to the Las Vegas Strip and the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Of all the places we stayed on a two week trip this had the best breakfast by far. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was well maintained.

Only disappointment was that the hot tube was under repair and not in service when we were there. We were looking forward to it after a long day of hiking and site seeing.

The place has a lot of options the breakfast is small but cozy, and the staff was so friendly explaining about the fees and where all the stuff was located, we arrived there a couple of hours after the check-in and it was all good, we didn't have any problem with it. the bed is really comfortable, and the room was really clean. They provide towels and everything, we stayed on the first floor, which I believe is prepared for old people because the bathroom had chairs and everything to grab and stand up.

The air conditioning is old but efficient, we didn't like the options (fast, slow) to set it.

since short staff meant our room wasn't ready on check in we were given another room & we really liked it. We liked having a full size frig so we could use the freezer better than the mini frigs. We liked the hot breaky, eggs & bacon too. We also enjoyed the Wed evening managers appies. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

Simple hotel, good breakfast. Nice recepcionist. Good room.

The location is far from Las vegas strip and at night the area is a little sketchy. The parking is an open parking lot where weird people walk around. There is a little shabby casino next door.

The people were great especially Robert who knew all the answers to my questions. He also answered my questions with a smile! The staff were very friendly. The coffee was delicious!

I didn’t feel comfortable with the smokers near my room 127 very late in the evening. They were there after 10:00 pm. talking and smoking.

Super friendly staff upon arrival, staff in the morning greeted us with a smile, comfortable beds, good location out of Vegas, pool and hot tub were enjoyable

Bathroom could have been in better repair and cleaner, grout was dirty. Breakfast serving area was small and crowded. Hot tub railing was very unstable
