Modern, clean and comfortable! Perfect for our stop on the way to Arizona from Oregon. Nice sized room with pleasing decor and furniture. Casino located just across the street has a cafe that was very good. Convenience store next door. Beds comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good with a good variety. Easy to get to; just off the freeway (but far enough back that it's not noisy).

If you need a lot of nearby restaurants, shops, etc.; this may not be for you. It's kind of isolated with only the Railroad Pass casino and truck stop nearby, which includes a convenience store and a gas station. Our room was in the back of the hotel, and those rooms only have a view of the hillside next to the hotel. We loved it because it was quiet. But if a pretty view is important to you, this may not be your place.

breakfast was good for this type free breakfast room everything very clean quiet staff all friendly always a good morning how can i help I was in a golf tournament playing in Boulder Creek and was very close if you like to gamble there was a casino across the way , coffee available in lobby

no internet , there was a fire alarm woke us up and had to leave building down stairs 4th floor ( Hotel said that night would have been adjusted but I booked through 3rd party ) they ran out of coffee for the rooms

Everyone on your staff is phenomenal. I the head chef at a private preserve in NY, I understand sincere, quality help. Again, everyone was exceptional, especially Cindy in the F&B.

You know I had to really think about this one. And… here it is, the towels were not soft. They were rough and scratchy.

Clean room and super friendly staff that goes the extra mile. Breakfast was included and it was nice (not fabulous, but sufficient). Food was replenished regularly. However, get there early if you want a seat; it gets crowded. Convenient location if you don’t want a long drive to Hoover Dam. Nice sized room with good lighting, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee/tea maker.

The room needs dark drapes to keep the sun out. Also, we reserved for three guests but only two towels were provided.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was ultra comfortable and the pillows amazing! The food servers were all very nice and friendly, especially REBECCA. Front desk staff were all very helpful and greeted us as we came in or left. Location is great - quiet but still close to several restaurants and other places of interest. We will definitely make this hotel our first choice for future visits!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast was hot and good every morning we ate down there. The hotel was only open for 3 days when we got out there so everything is new. The misting setting on the shower makes it feel like natural rain storm feel hot water. The owner of the hotel is very nice and he is respectful, the owner was working in his lobby trying to make sure everything was taken care of and he also has a nice casino great area. They do have a pool it is closed for now cause of weather but great place to stay

TV was not working due to how new the hotel was but they took care of us.

The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great.

Front desk staff should talk about their failures of customer service in private and not argue with prior customers while a new customer is standing at the counter trying to check in.

Clean room, nice staff, very good complementary breakfast, modern, quiet, pleasant and comfortable, seeems to be a new hotel in backyard of big old Casino building, good lokation for Boulder City and Hoover Dam, we stayed one night as starting point for our road trip through nevada, az, route 66, california a.s.o., would stay here again at any time!

The breakfast is varied and copious. Frequently restocked and the area and tables kept clean by kitchen staff.

The ADA shower drained all over the floor unless towels were placed along the edge under the shower curtain. The location is carved out of the hill behind the Railroad Pass Casino so most rooms either look out onto the casino or into the rock hillside.

 The room was modern, very clean and spacious.  The lounge chair and table by the window was perfect. The office chair was extremely comfortable at the desk. There was a place to plug-in devices everywhere. There was even a nightlight in the bathroom.  Food and gas was available next door. Plus they had breakfast waiting at 6:30 in the morning.

Nothing to dislike.
