Room layout, size and amenities. Heavenly bed, full kitchen with dishwasher. Oversized shower and large screen televisions.

Power outage created departure issues in getting our car back from valet parking. The almost hour wait impacted our arrival time to a wedding. Valet service was a bit understaffed on the weekend given the number of people in the hotel that had to use this service.this was further compounded by the power outage. The Valet service staff was hustling to deliver customer service doing the best they could under the circumstances. Additionally, bathroom shower water was ice cold. Not sure if it was due to the power outage or not. Had to take a very cold shower . Did like this at all. Never heard what caused these issues.

The stay was modern and comfortable. Staff was very nice and the alcohol at the bar was spot on. Not to mention a good breakfast made by a very kind women Sunday morning.

Was a nice an experience other then no water in rooms and Valet parking was a bit of a mess and could hardly squeeze my car in to get it out of the road and had not been told our car was brought back after requesting for our vehicle.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Rooms are spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay again and for additional time :) It was our first time in Nashville and this was a great find! We chose this property because it was 'downtown' without being right in the middle of 'downtown'. Freeway access was easy and quick, without having to fight any downtown commute traffic as we left in the morning.

Very clean and modern design. Great breakfast buffet and rooms are spacious with all amenities you need. Also shout out to Dennis and Ms Wanda from the breakfast crew - friendly staff members who seem to really love their jobs.

Staff members at reception were totally disengaged and not friendly. Not sure if they’ve had a bad day but we spoke to 3 different people and all seemed annoyed when approached.

Communication in terms of how to go about getting my roomed clean was lacking so they just need to inform people of the process other then that was a great stay

The staff was amazing as well as the valets. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to having knee surgery two weeks prior to staying, I was limited in my walking. The front desk clerk told me to let her know if there was anything at all she could do for me to make my stay more comfortable. She even offered to bring me an ice bag!! I will definitely stay here if ever in Nashville again.

The location was very close to the wedding venue we had booked for the weekend. We enjoyed the breakfast each day and the ease of the valet parking. We would stay here again.

Hearing the water run through the pipes everytime the neighbor flushed It was VERY loud as if it was pouring in the walls Woke me from sleep it was so loud

The stay was great. Hotel was very clean. The bed was AMAZING it was very comfortable. We had an amazing stay.

We did not like that we had to pay additional for parking. 40$ a day for Valet parking.

The staff was super friendly

It was hard to get help when needed due to how busy it was. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was very little compared to other places I've stayed at. Which I've paid less money to stay at. I thought there would be other options other then muffins, cereal and some egg bagel thing. Maybe I'm being to harsh but just had higher expectations for such a nice place.
