I called to get info regarding shuttles from the airport to the hotel after 1am (when the CDGVal stops running) and the staff was not prepared at all. They told me that I would have to get a cab or an uber (which would cost around 20€) but I luckily found out at the airport that there’s a free shuttle every 10 minutes leaving terminal 2B between 1am and 4am. It would be great if the staff were better informed about it and even better if the hotel displayed cleared info in its announcement.

Location was very convenient for Terminal 1 with the CDG/VAL just a short walking distance. Literally 2 minutes to T1 on the shuttle. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nice shower although a little restrictive. Good sized window to open to get fresh air in rather than just air con. You get a welcome drink to. It’s gin or beer.

The walking entrance to the hotel is a little awkward. There are steps from the road but there is a long zig zag path to drag the cases uphill. Personal preference, I like a kettle in the room to make a hot drink which I missed having but it may not bother other guests.

Within walking distance to airport. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Free drink on arrival. No plane noise, even though right next to airport.

The hotel is conveniently located in the airport vicinity, accessible from Terminal 2 via the airport shuttle to the Pr stop, followed by a 10-minute walk to reach the hotel. Upon our arrival at 8 o’clock in the morning, we stored our luggage at the hotel, spent the entire day exploring Paris, and checked in late at night. The staff proved to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were pleasant, tidy, and provided a comfortable stay.

It would have been wonderful to find a kettle and a few tea bags in the room. After a long day exploring Paris, we would have loved the opportunity to unwind with a cup of tea in the comfort of our room.

The room was comfortable and well maintained. I like the vibe of the place and Eric who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. Since it was my first stay there he offered me a free glass of wine or beverage. I did not have time for it, but the gesture was very kind. The breakfast was standard fare, but they kept it refreshed well and the quality was good. Most of all everything was in good working order, well maintained, clean and functioning. It was a very comfortable stay.

A slightly longer walk to the hotel (not really unpleasant unless it is raining). A kettle or coffee machine would have been a nice addition, but not really necessary.

Very nice hotel, beautiful breakfast, very comfortable located next door to the airport ( from CDG take free shuttle train and then walk 5 min to the hotel..I had baby stroller and 3 suitcases and managed quite well, all the way flat and easy for stroller and ramp leading to the hotel entrance..so great for mothers traveling alone!). Also they provide shuttle directly from hotel to airport for only 8 euro and 5 euro for children that can be booked at the hotel desk, very comfortable, easy and fast ride to the airport terminal!

The only think I would suggest is to have a little rubbish bean in the bathroom The room doesn't have a fridge and I had baby food to keep cool but they kept in in the reception fridge without any problem

Good breakfast and very convenient airport location

This hotel is super convenient to the airport (just take the CDGVAL airport tram to the Parking Pr stop, then exit the station and follow the map and arrows to Moxy (5 minute walk). The staff were all extremely nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a perfect option for a late arrival or an early morning flight.

There isn’t anything within walking distance for food, except for the three hotels. Or, I suppose you could walk back to the CDGVAL and take the tram to one of the terminals with food outside of security. So, plan ahead because food options are limited.

We enjoyed the bar and friendly bar staff, the food was enjoyed and well presented. The opening window in the room for fresh air.

The late night noise level from someone playing loud music until 3am. Some noise restrictions being made clear would be better. A reasonably priced or complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle could be provided. This would be hugely helpful and make your hotel way more popular and stand out from lots of others. We sat near your reception area while enjoying our welcome drink (thanks so much) and listened to so many people struggling with what to do , and how to get to the airport from your hotel, without having to pay 30 Euros to travel 2km by taxis.

It’s always nice to get a complimentary drink at check-in—it’s a thoughtful touch! I appreciate that the window can be opened to let in some fresh air. The room was clean, and so was the bedding. The bathroom was also clean, although the sink had some stains that probably can’t be removed no matter the cleaning product.

The workspace is very small and quite uncomfortable for working. The air conditioning is noisy, which can be disruptive. I also had trouble connecting my laptop to the Wi-Fi. Since the mobile network signal was weak, I couldn’t use my own hotspot either.
