We just stayed one night before traveling the next day. A normal average room in an airport hotel. The room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a convenient shuttle bus to the airport that runs even very early in the morning.

We got confused with the location, and ended in another Ibis hotel as there are 3 of them on the same road. This one, where we stayed, seems to be by far the busier and noisier one, there is queuing for register at the reception.

Great location for Heathrow. Reasonably priced parking for location. Handy airport shuttle. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

there was someone at reception even after midnight when we arrived. it was clean and had tea and coffee making set up in the room.

I chose this property because it said it had an airport shuttle for £5. The shuttle actually required that we download an app and it was double the stated price for a ride to our hotel. then we learned that it wasn't available after midnight, when we arrived 4 hrs late due to a flight delay, causing us to have to pay for an expensive taxi. i dont think a shuttle of that nature should be listed as a property facility.

Reasonable price close to the airport. There's a shuttle bus which is pricey but reliable and a regular bus stops 300 yards away.

It was fine

ease of booking in, spotless room and modern bathroom, helpful friendly staff. Thought the restaurant would be too expensive for us to eat / drink there but it was reasonable and the food was tasty and generous portions. also tea/coffee making facilities in room were just right.

Everything was good. It was a very cold weekend and we asked for extra bedding and staff kindly gave us a warm duvet, so there was nothing we didn't like. Prices of items such as packets of crisps, sandwiches, toothpaste on display were pricey but we didn't need to buy anything.

Great breakfast. Room was fine for a short stay (nothing else to do in the area). Housekeeper was a lovely woman who went as far as lending her new hair comb to a guest was desperate to borrow one.

Everything was a money grab and was a poor contrast to the facilities. 1. Booked a room with breakfast included but front desk said I wasn't listed for breakfast & they weren't able to find the info on their own. I had to dig up the booking.com email confirmation myself which thankfully stated it. 2. Charging for late checkout: front desk said it's £30 for until 5pm, or £20 to extend from 12pm to 2pm.... Made no sense to me when the room was only €86 for the night. 3. Q&A section here said there's an in-house taxi for £10 to the airport but front desk said it's £70+, and a bus option for £5 (we had 2 large suitcases with me so we ended up calling a Bolt ride for £14 : but had to research that on my own.. Would have expected them to advise their guests of it).

I enjoyed the large bed, but the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. The bath accommodations were very nice. I appreciated the hot pot and ability to make tea in my room. I was very pleased that they had a restaurant in the bar downstairs. Both meals I had there were very good. The second lady I worked with to check in was a trainee and she was very pleasant to work with. It was very convenient to the airport.Ibis Hotel London Airport

The room was a bit warm for my total comfort and was difficult to cool down. The person I initially tried checking in with was a bit curt. I was very pleasant with her. I was an hour early for check-in, but she could have been a bit nicer.

We booked last minute and were surprised how reasonable the room rate was given it was only 4km from Heathrow and had a shuttle bus which ran until 11pm. On a main road but very quiet room. While the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for a one night stay with kettle, fridge, TV, desk and hanging space. The bathroom was very modern with a great shower. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice bar and restaurant area. Modern with friendly attentive staff. You can catch the shuttle for GBP6.80 or take one of three local buses for GBP1.75. All buses stop very close to the hotel. Food served until 11.30pm and full buffet breakfast for GBP13.50.

Room was OK. Bit smallish for two people and their luggage but I was on my own, so it was fine for me. I liked the speed of check in. I arrived at the hotel closer to midnight and was tired after a long journey. I was so glad to be in my room within five minutes of arriving at the hotel which was great. The location is great too as so many buses go from Heathrow main bus station to Harlington Corner bus stop which is almost opposite the hotel.

I expected to have a small fridge in the room but there wasn’t any. Also it would have been nice to find a complementary bottle of water in the room. These are the two things that I am used to see in most hotel rooms, so was disappointed that Ibis did not provide these.

I booked a double room for one night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable (with extra pillows). Just like the photos, there was enough space and all items you need for a short stay. The staff were welcoming, very nice and happy to assist with any questions. The WiFi speed is just excellent in the room and in the lobby. The soundproofing is great. Although I could see the planes flying over, the room was very quiet. The location was convenient as I wanted to stay close to the airport. By bus it takes less than 10 min from Heathrow terminal 4 (bus 555) and 5 min from terminal 3 (many bus lines available). The bus stops are just outside the hotel, a short 2 min walk.

I felt the price was a little high given that the hotel’s location is not central.
