First of all, the apartment is in a great location, you can easily walk everywhere - to the Old Town, Rotermanni quarter, the port, Kalamaja, Kadriog and Pirita promenade by the sea. There are large shopping centers nearby. But at the same time, the apartment is in a fairly quiet location, the sounds of the city did not disturb sleep. The apartment is furnished in a modern, comfortable way, there are interesting design details. Clean and cozy. There is nothing missing in the kitchen to prepare food, I was very pleased with the modern coffee machine, you can enjoy your morning coffee in bed. The host has prepared several pleasant surprises for the guests. Entry is very convenient using codes. TV, internet worked great. The bathroom is equipped with high-level hygiene products. Excellent communication. A very pleasant stay experience.

This does not affect the evaluation of the apartment in any way, but a shower without a curtain or door is a bad idea, the whole floor gets wet after a shower :) And a small shelf next to the bed would be very useful.

Coffee machine. Space. Decoration. Free gym pass. Camera. Shopping bag. Storage. Water bottles. Filling the fridge the first night. Trams, buses, supermarkets, restaurants all so close by.

Because it's a wet room, when you went in after someone who had a shower, the floor was still wet, and your socks got wet. A part of the wall near the sink had been filled in but not painted, so it let the bathroom down. There were marks on the walls that made the rooms look a bit tired. The coffee machine was dirty under the water container you pull out. No information about how to use coffee machine or central heating. I did text my question, but it would have been better to have the instructions in the room. You could make it clearer about which door let's you into Bob W. I didn't realise the building is split in 3 and we got trapped in the middle building. I may have requested my fridge be filled on the first night, but you didn't say what you got for your money.

A spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, complimentary tea and coffee, spacious kitchen, close to the city center.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting a slightly cleaner accommodation. The apartment was not dirty in any way, but since we were traveling with a small child, we would have liked the floors to be a bit cleaner, without dust and hair from the previous tenants. Also, both bedrooms are in the basement, one without a window, which makes the rooms a bit musty. All in all, however, we liked the place!

New (or renovated) apartment block very close to the historic center of Tallinn (10 minutes walk). Very modern, fancy design, very clean, comfortable, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, tea kettle, coffee machine, even personal welcome letter. Host was very reactive via WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out problem-free. We booked with breakfast, which was served in a Cafe about 5-10 minutes walk away. Would gladly book again.

Not really a hotel problem, but parking situation is difficult. We could not use the closest parking lot recommended, as the app which has to be used to pay did not work (no verification code sent). Was all a bit complicated. We then parked on a street further away from downtown (also payable via app).

Very convenient location, amazing responsive and kind staff, clean and modern apartment. On our first night, our neighbours from upstairs had a party from 22.00 until 1.30 and the noise was more than terrible. The staff was available on whatsapp chat and did their best to help. Very comfortable beds.

Kitchen paper would have been nice. Blackout curtain on the glass wall that separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment would have been useful. There is actually a draft of air coming from the window, something not expected at such a recently renovated and modern building. Inside the apartment it's not cold though, as the heating is effective.

Amazing apartment in very city center of Tallinn. 10 min walk to the old town. Next to Viru Keskus s/c. Public transport stop all around the building. Apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. I had 3 floor with beautiful view to skyscrapers. Very comfortable bed, big window, smart TV with internet access. Biiig wardrobe with mirror. Spacious bathroom with shampoos and etc. Big kitchen with all necessary appliances, coffee machine (with coffee beans), there even had dishwasher (and dishwasher cleaner tablets). Perfect stay for 1 week. Will definitely come back.

Loved how updated and clean everything was! The small touches that made it feel homey (flowers, Polaroid camera, chocolates) nice and roomie too! Lots of great clean linens, check in was easy. We loved it and were excited to come back at the end of our trip and stay there again because we felt like we were home. Breakfast partner Reval cafe was close by, great food and super friendly!

So just some tiny complaints..we had room 103 that had the open shower concept. The bathroom was always soaked and slippery because the water didn’t just stay in the shower. We then stayed in room 305 later and it had a shower door and it was much easier to not have wet feet or slip everytime you went in there. And..if you are American and aren’t used to walking far everyday it’s a little far from the old town (0.7 miles) but once we got the rhythm down it was fine but hard to pop in and freshen up during the day.

Lovely stay for a city break, within walking distance of the old town and supermarkets etc to get basic necessities. The apartment was really clean and compact, very comfortable for two people but any more could be tricky. Bob w provided lovely little features such as a personalised note and a Polaroid camera.

The property was great, although as there were no staff getting recommendations for dinner etc wasn’t readily available. Also there was no elevator meaning you had to carry cases up the stairs - we were thankful to only be on the 2nd floor

Bright and spacious one bedroom apartment, elegantly decorated, sofa bed already turned down on arrival, large bathroom, easy to access room, great communication with Bob W on Whatsapp, able to store luggage in lockers before check in.

We were informed that our room was able to access before check in, but this still came at a fee. A complimentary early check in would have been appreciated so that we could drop off our luggage before heading out for the day. Especially if the room was sitting there ready. Thankfully there were lockers which were gratefully appreciated.

Easy online check-in with a nice selection of add-ons (breakfast, groceries and even gym access) If you're not a people person a code provided on check-in date so that you don't that hassle. Great location & very close to the city centre. Modern, fresh interior throughout. Yoga mats are available along with chargers cables/plugs. A Polaroid camera to capture your stay and a nice little BOB W bag for shopping.

Building doesn't have lifts. Open planned shower in the bathroom, which is close to the door, so after a shower the whole bathroom is wet and as the toilet is the furthest from the door, so you'd need to cross the wet floor to use the toilet. shower fitting could match the modern interior.
