The view from the front of the building across to the harbour and Baltic Sea was wonderful. The location a couple of hundred meters from the Old town was excellent and the ready access to nearby shops and eateries (in Rottermann especially) made life great. It is my second stay and I hope it will not be my last! The staff of the apartment were extremely helpful before and during our stay.

The explanation of how to access the building was a bit confused but with a phone call, it was sorted.

Location 5 minutes from Old Town - you can enter shopping mall without leaving the building. The buildings are connected which is very convenient to get some shopping or a meal - The apartment was quite big - Good Wifi - Comfortable bed - Helpful landlord - The Check in was done half by lockbox half by interaction with live host. There was a lock box with the keys, but I had to call the host for the code (this could be improved to make it fully automatic)

Two very small things: knives were dull and there was no sharpener and there was no vacuum cleaner or broom, which would be useful to keep the place clean during stay

Spacious apartment in a quiet building, easy check-in and affordable prices, at least for a week vacation in January. Central location, in fact you coudn't wish for better location. View to the harbour and the Baltic Sea from the Balcony. Viru Keskus shopping mall is in the same building and Rimi grocery store is on the opposite side of the road.

Apartment is great, not the first time we stay here. Beds are huge and comfortable and the whole experience is great, value too. Note that the access to the Virukeskus (via the 3rd floor) is through the mall's parking (semi-open) and that is not so clear in the instructions ;)

A toaster in the kitchen would be great to have ;) The free-Wifi does not require a password which is, security-wise, something that should not be like that. I would ask the administrator of this apartment to please change it so that guests can enjoy the WiFi in a secured way.

Balcony with a nice view and windows to the other side of the building - you can see the beach and port. Very good location if you want to go shopping or get food even late at night. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by the cleaning person so no issues with obtaining the keys, they were very nice and helpful. You can control temperature by turning on the heating or turning it off.

The heating of the floors did not work. For some the apartment might bee too noisy as it is in the very center of the city and every kind of public transportation is near.

I come every year in Adelle apartments and each time everything is perfect. Our host Toomas is very fast when asking something. Apartments are warm and a lot of light comes in. A supermarket is on the other side of the road. Wifi works perfectly.

Location was excellent, short walking distance everywhere. Apartment was clean.

The elevators didn't work at night and we did not know where the stairs were located even thou we searched them.. Luckily one neighbour showed up after some time and helped us.

Pretty much everything! The location was perfect in the city center and walkable distance from to the old town. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

The ground-floor entrance was a bit difficult to find because it's not clearly branded. Also, the Wi-Fi seemed a bit weak, but that might be the fault of my old smartphone.

It was an spacious apartment with very comfortable double-beds for each person, even for the kids. The terrace receives a lot of sun and it could easily contain sofas, etc. (idea for the owner) On the third floor, using the black magnetic key, you can access the parking of the Viru keskus and get there after a quick walk.

The kitchen has the basics to be there the weekend, but not to have a proper lunch or dinner at home. I understand the idea is to go out (which is perfect in this location) and use the apartment for basic breakfast (although there is no toaster unfortunately) The checkin/checkout processes were not as smooth as I would have wished: Just remember to call the owner and pick keys from the 1-2-3 boxes close to the apartment (outside) and then, to leave the keys, i missed having instructions, but leaving them inside the postbox downstairs seemed to be OK :)

Bright, new, clean....floors, counters, appliances, linens. View from our apt. 9th floor fascinating. Adele is above large, upscale shopping mall with large selection of restaurants, also grocery in lower level. Shorter distance to Old Town than expected too.

Concrete construction of building blocked WiFi from our apt. Get clear instructions about opening doors, finding key. No reception desk.
