Been in this room many times, currently one of the best in Tallinn in terms of price and facilities (sauna).

This time I didn't have breakfast - so there aren`t unlikes. :)

One of my favorite hotels in Tallinn - great location (next to Toompea hill and old town, 700 meters from train station, close to Kalamaja and Telliskivi), cosy rooms, warm even during the coldest winter days, nice bathroom with floor heating. Really good breakfast - best mini croissants in town, good selection of fruit and great selection of fish dishes from herring to salmon. Children loved their breakfast, too (cereals, eggs, pastry). Free cancellation policy - you never know what could happen and it's good to know that you could cancel your stay free of charge.

The rooms facing the main street might be a bit noisy. However, whenever I have requested a room with a courtyard view, I have been granted it. The price gap between computer and mobile view of booking.com is almost 20% for this hotel. One could get a really good price when booking from mobile phone but generally I don't understand this kind of pricing policy.

Great location, centrally located, close to all city sights. Good Breakfast with variety of dishes and good coffee! Helpful staff. Spacious room, extremely clean and comfortable.

Breakfast area is a bit small, you have to stay in long lines to get your food and coffee. Adding another coffee machine would make a sense:) Asking for a deposit of 50 Euros at the checkin or number of credit card is a bit meaningless. Though some hotels still practice that weird approach, but it does not create a atmosphere of trust and comfort at the very first minute of arrival at the hotel. Not a big issue but still.

Clean hotel. I liked spacious and bright shower room. Pretty good breakfast downstairs (taking into account the price of breakfast). Plenty of parking space in the yard (it's a pity that it's not free for guests). Good location, near the old town.

There were some problems with adding a child as a second guest (through booking). For me personally, the mattress was not very comfortable, with my weight of 73 kg, the mattress caved in and I slept in a small "cavity" . Also, the location of the air conditioner above the bed is not the best idea, but this is a matter of taste i guess.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as we have booked a superior double with sauna. Good enough breakfast, not big choice but was ok. Close to the old town by walking and bus stop right oposite the hotel. Comfortable double bed, clean room and super bathroom.

Well, the staff as have been mentioned by others as well, isn't very friendly, but maybe is normal for there, as we are coming from south europe and we are used differently. Just one young lady at the reception, called Sandra, was smiling and was warmer than the others. The window on the room was locked and we couldn't open it, to let some fresh air to come in. The room was clean, but we found a glove that was stuck in the armchair, as aswell a rubber band for hair and a hair clip in the bathrobe..... but ok, i guess those things happens...

Very friendly staff of the hotel, including cleaning service saying morning hello with a smile 🙂 everyone is doing their best to make your stay an amazing experience. Room was very big with huge bed plus extra bed for a kid. Everything super clean, perfectly set. Hotel have spacious parking for an extra fee. All worth its price as location is one of the biggest advantage. Just 9 minute of lazy walk to the historical city center. 5min by car to ferry Terminal D to Helsinki. Just.. Perfect 🙂

We stayed for one night in a superior family room, passing through Tallinn, but I would gladly stay more. Spotless clean, beds, sheets and pillows exceptionally nice, comfy beds for the kids. Very quiet, we had a great night sleep. Breakfast was amazing, with hot and cold dishes, fresh bread and pastries, really good coffee and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

The shower. You can't take one, let alone wash a child, without splashing water all over the bathroom. Or at least we couldn't)

The location is a bit far from the center and especially the harbor but is still within walking distance from the old town. The room (junior suite) was big and very nice, except perhaps for the balcony which was quite dirty. The breakfast (12 euros) was definitely worth the price.

We were not sure how the extra beds for the kids worked and asked personnel for help but they did not really offer any advice or offer to help. It seems that we did not unfold the beds properly because they were really small.

Everything was great, our room was spacious, comfortable and warm which is definitely important considering the cold Estonian winter. The location is very good, a ten-minute walk from the Town Hall Square and you can get from the airport to the hotel by taking a bus that stops right in front of the hotel and costs only 1 euro.

The only little thing I would add would be a couple more options for a sweet breakfast (like a chocolate cream to go with delicious pancakes they make every day), but other than that I wouldn’t change anything!

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the TV also had various foreign channels. The breakfast buffet was very varied and accomodated all tastes. The hotel is near the Old Town of Tallinn and there's also various busses that stop near the hotel, so getting around town is easy.

The minibar was creating a lot of heat in the cupboard (which is ok if you want to dry clothes).
