Good quality of housibg, good location

Whoever designed the check-in process on the site needs to test it themselves. The area for using Veriff is not well lit, there needs to be more light since it says many times during the process that the image of the document is not good enough.The check-in tablets are the smallest and cheapest, using them is annoying beacuse of the small screen and font and keyboard; the Veriff rpocess is annoying and takes too much time, you already have my information from booking.com so why the additional process? There should be some sort of stand where you can put your document for those veriff photos, otherwise a little bit of shaking hand will riun the photo and you have to do it again and again. Everything else is super but the check-in from tablet is very poorly designed and not user friendly.

Apartment was comfortable and modern, close to the airport, good connection to the city centre.

I have stayed at the apartments for 3 times, there has been problems with getting into the apartment every time. First time I did not receive the check in email, the other two times the code was not activated when i got there and was given the wrong apartment number. In addition, the last time i paid for the booking before the stay but I was sent an email to pay an extra amount of money after my stay. So you should expect inconveniences with the bookings but after calling the support they get resolved quickly. Would not stay again unless I need to go to the airport early in the morning after my stay.

Everything was modern and well-designed. However, we had issues with the PIN code for our apartment. We never received it initially, and after contacting the property, we were given incorrect codes that didn’t work. While they were able to open the door remotely, which was helpful, I later went for a walk and couldn’t get back in because the PIN still didn’t work. Thankfully, my partner was inside to let me in.

There was a bit of a lack of privacy in the living room. Our apartment faced an office building right next to us, with people working inside, but there were only light, see-through curtains. It would be much more comfortable if there were proper blackout curtains to provide better privacy.

It was not clear how to access the front door of the building before check-in. It was not clear which code exactly to use while checking in, as the check in is fully automated. There were no clear instructions neither from the hotel nor Booking. There were no utilities in the bathroom: no shower gel, shampoo, hair drier, etc.

This apartment is one of my favorites when I visit Tallin, I like the calmness of the neighborhood and it is located very close to Tallin airport and bus station. Also walking 15 minutes takes you to one of the best shopping malls. The cleaning girls clean the room and put in a coffee capsule every other day, they also change the rubbish but in front of the building there is a rubbish bin so out of politeness I take out my rubbish myself. Inside the place you can wash your clothes and sit on the sofa at the reception and read a book or drink a coffee that you can buy from the machine.

A true smart house! Very clean, neat and modern apartment. There is an airport right next to it, you can see the planes coming and going, but you can't hear them. Everything needed for a shorter or longer stay. At first we had some issues finding the right building, but the owner was one phone call away and helpfull. But I've added a photo of the right entrance so it's easier to find the place

We had some issues with the parking. I knew I had to pay for it, but it was unclear how to pay, couldn't pay via sms because I don't have estonian phone number, there is no machine to pay with, the app was not working. Luckily I found some locals that paid for my parking from their phohe. Although the place is nice, I would not come here because of this. Also the check in was kind of annoying, I chose the do it at the hotel and the pad kept frozing, took us way to long to get in to our room. I really missed a real person there. I suggest you do the check in at home in advance

The accommodation is modern, self check-in is very convenient and quick. Loved the location, just walking distance from the airport, highly recommend if you got early flight to catch. The room was big and had separate toilet / bathroom. There was a touchscreen tablet on the wall, where you could change- indoor temp / view outdoor temp / change ventilation airspeed / order lift to your floor / order taxi / food etc.

No toiletries (shampoo, bodywash, lotion) and could not find free parking.

Would recommend the place considering how convenient was the location. Old town Center is around one hour by feet and public transportation is also available near the apartment. During working days in the area, a lot of café bars and restaurants are available however please know they are closed during weekend. In the next building, you can find amazing craft beer bar. It was super clean, spacious with very nice planning of the apartment. There’s fully equipped kitchen so you can make your own food if needed. Check in and check out it was easy due to provided pin code. Highly recommending due to great price performance rate !

Tell the airport is near here so sometimes it got a bit loud.

Ülemiste City Residence is a modern, stylish place to stay with an amazing location. The apartment was new and well-designed, offering both comfort and convenience. Perfect for anyone looking for a great stay in Tallinn close to the airport.

The check-in system could use improvement. I didn’t like having to scan my ID, and the process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. It would be better if it were more streamlined for a quicker experience.

The apartments are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. They have everything you need for a long-term stay, including kitchen utensils, plenty of storage space, and a wardrobe. Highly recommend!

The only downsides were the inconvenient check-in process. We couldn't enter the building even a minute before check-in time and had to call to drop off our luggage and wait. The code for the apartment didn't work either, so we had to go back down and call support to get in.
