Mostly everything: the room was nice and comfortable, personnel were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.

Only 2 things: 1) the hot water was not always hot (sometimes not even warm) 2) the shower was leaking, so there was always a puddle of water on the floor next to it after taking shower, no matter what we tried to do (like directing showering head away from the door to strictly face the wall, etc.) Also, it would be great if microwave was available somewhere, even in the common areas (I explicitly asked and was told it is not available at all).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean throughout. Room was spacious with balcony and lovely views over golf course and F1 circuit. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was extremely effective. Housekeeping was first rate. Breakfast was delicious with a very extensive choice of hot and cold dishes. Coffee was excellent. Location was exceptional on Yas Island. Situated on Yas Drive it is just metres away from the F1 circuit, Ferrari World is minutes away and the hotel overlooks Yas Links golf course. Lots of choice of restaurants within walking distance - the “Felini” Italian restaurant, Radisson Blu, was amazingly good. Large underground car park.

Nothing was negative.

Rooms and the balcony with sea view were nice, simple and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were very clean and comfortable to sleep on.

Bathrooms were clean but would recommend to implement a better exhaust system or automatic air freshener to get rid of any bad odor. The breakfast was really great in quality, would recommend to add maybe some desserts aswell like small pastries or shot desserts. We liked that there were courts allocated for sports but they were mostly for padel / tennis. We would like to recommend to maybe change one of them to a basketball or badminton to have more variety.

For a hotel in Yas Plaza (great location) the price and overall experience is very competetive. Good value for money, especially when compared withh the other hotels in the vicinity. The staff were great and the hotel is very well run and clean. We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite during check-in. The room was great and the views from the balcony were amazing. Close to the airport and Yas Island facilities (theme parks, mall, bars, restaurants).

Padel courts outside the room which can be noisy and used late into the night. The sliding doors between the rooms and balconies were extrement stiff to operate. On one occasion we were unable to open the door from the balcony which caused undue concern as we were ostensibly trapped there. This was resolved quickly but was not a particularly pleaseant experience.

Although not a "luxury" hotel, all needs were met. We loved being right on the water with an great view of the golf course. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was more than I anticipated. One morning there were no more ready made omelettes, I asked when they would be more and they made one especially for me. Coffee station right when you walk in- perfect!

We were a couple and were were next door to a rather loud family. It would be better to separate as there was a lot of vacancy. You could hear noise through the wall and on the balcony. At times it was very disturbing.

Great location, friendly staff. Pretty quiet despit it was during the Formula 1 weekend.

There was a party going on every night in front of the hotel. This was because it was Formula 1 weekend. So it makes sense there are parties during this weekend, however, I was on the 5th floor on the front/street side of the hotel and the nosie was just too much. Party went on until 3AM every night and it was impossible to sleep before the party stopped, even with earplugs in. This is of course very specific to the Formula 1 weekend. But if you want to book this hotel for Formula 1, best to request a room at the rear of the hotel and as high as possible (or just go party until 3AM every day :) )

Ocean view balcony and easy access to SeaWorld and Ferrari World made this hotel a great choice. The beds are comfy and the free parking is underground with good sized stalls and easy to take the elevator to your room. Amerigos Mexican restaurant is open until 11:30pm if you are arriving late.

The shower had only Luke warm water. There can be a lot of noise from the Yas circuit from the cars racing until midnight.

The room was clean and very comfortable with an amazing sea view. Room service food was also superb. The location is quite nice as well since there is a free shuttle to the airport and some other attractions in Yas Island.

The room smelled a bit bad whenever I entered the room. I received several marketing messages and when I asked for some services, there weren’t available. I asked for an airport pickup but the response was so slow that I didn’t see a confirmation even after I landed, but it had been arranged which I missed.

Children ticket to park should be included snd room should be bigger

+ Price for Value ratio. + The hotel is part of a big plaza that has multiple hotels in it and each hotel has multiple restaurants and amenities that any person staying in any hotel can benefit from. + Location as it's just next to Yas Mall and Yas Marina Circuit. + Good breakfast for a 3-stars-hotel.

- No negatives during my 1-night stay. - The overall finishing of the interior design is not top notch and the material used for furniture and toilet look cheap but that's expected at a 3-stars-hotel.
