Walking distance to central market and other atractions in donwtown LA. Clean and confortable rooms. Ideal for touristing around the city. Having breakfast everyday at the market was amazing.

City Center is definetly not a safe area. You have to be alert when you go out, specially at nights.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Just that the blankets weren’t as thick so it was a tad bit cold at night. Other than that, great hotel. Def would come back.

Room great but, noise from adjacent room.

The coffee was awful and the creamer lumpy.

I love the location honestly because it’s close to everything, but the area itself was very dirty.

How dirty the area around the building was. Also it was very hot in the hallways. There also was a slug in my bed i took a picture as well.

The price was good, and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and museums. Room was small which is perfect for a single traveler staying for the night.

Soap dispenser was very hard to use. I could see it was full but wouldn't push any out. The room was very noisy at night. At around 130 in the morning I could hear what sounded like heavy machinery for a good 20min. It wasn't the elevator, or trash man picking up dumpsters. It sound like a freight truck docking and undocking for several minutes straight. And then was awoken again by traffic at 430

We were going to the Walt Disney concert Hall. The beds were very good, even my husband who has back problems slept well and was grateful. Usually I need a softer bed and he needs more firm, we both liked this one, just enough give for me a just the right firmness for him. Rooms had everything we needed for a short stay. Perfect for a traveler who wants to be downtown.

The property was super clean, there was always cleaners everywhere. The location is amazing, is on the street corner so if you stay at the same street you have the metro red line civil centre and if you go down the street you have the metro yellow line. The metro takes you everywhere and the fair is cheap $1.75 per trip. The hotel is very near central market, that was good for breakfast. And there's a cafe next to the hotel, it was good too. I didn't feel unsaved on that street at all. All homeless people are on the way walking to the fashion district, i think st pedro street. Overall i did enjoy my stay. Thank you Kawada

My room was a bit small but that was what i paid for. Still everything was working fine including the a/c.

Overall, the hotel is well kept and clean, the rooms are on the small side but super cozy, with all the comforts and products you’ll need during your stay, it’s a cosmopolitan feeling in there. The location is next to Grand Central Market with so many dining venues to choose from. On the same block you have late night bars and clubs to go to. Within a mile you will find theaters that feature many nightly shows. Metro Train Station across the street.

Hoping their restaurant would stay open past 7 pm and open seven days a week.

The room was not big but had everything I needed. It was especially helpful to have a coffee maker and a little fridge. The iron/ironing board can be requested at the reception. The breakfast place "Cherry Pick Cafe" by the hotel working during weekdays was lovely and the "Grand Central Market" had great options during the weekend. A couple of blocks around the hotel and safe and walkable. The metro station is 2-3 blocks away and is very clean and safe.

It would be nice to have some lotion in the bathroom, a thicker blanket, and thicker pillows (yet, I should note that it was very clean). The AC smelled a little when it was on.

Ladies at counter were friendly and mario at the front is a nice dude. Room is a bit older with no usb charging but it does have coin laundry and is a central location for a decent price.

Because of the downtown location there will be some traffic noise with the occasional hoonigan flooring it in the middle of the night, the windows are quite thin and looked like they were washed in the 1900s but the view was of another building anway.
