Location was great. A short bike ride to enjoy South Beach during the day, but a safe distance from the wild nightlife. Rooms, the pools, and the gym were all very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was construction going on the entire time we were there. Hammers banging in the lobby during business hours. The jacuzzis were both broken on the roof top pool with the dials to operate the jets damaged and not operable.

The rooms are amazing very big.

Would of like some lounge relaxing music in the ground pool area. The room floor wasn’t clean I walk without shoes after I shower and my feet got black floor needed to be mop in the room I informed the housekeeper.

the location it is great, near south beach and with a direct acces to the beach. the service at the restarant, Chez Gaston was great and also the attention of the staff. the new look of the hotel was great, they change the blue for pink and now it look like miami football soccer team.

the only thing that its a little bit expensive is the resort fee usd 58 per night and also the parking. the house keeping service was defficient, some days they forgot to refill the coffe and sugar, so we have to go down stairs, the pool area was no so great if you compare with others first class hotel like the loews in south beach.

The pool area is always a mess, the staff doesn't clean it during the day, only in the morning at around 9am, but a lot of people come out early in the morning and the pool area is full of trash and dirty towels are everywhere. Even in the evening, if you come out to relax by the pool, you'll see the same picture. The beach has the same problem. They don't clean it early, so when you come to the beach at 8am it's all trash. I wish they would do a better job at it and it would be the perfect place for a vacation!

The room was spacious and clean with a nice view, we have the partial sea view. Access to the beach was very easy and the staff was very nice to facilitate availability of sun beds even when it was very crowded.

The AC in the room leaked water twice and disturbed our stay as the maintenance team had to come in twice and they only stopped the leak without actually fixing the problem. The hotel only offers buffet breakfast over the weekend. The location is not that great as there is nothing around the hotel within a walk distance. i would definitely stay in south beach if i ever visit south beach again.

The pools, beach access, and rooms were great.

The customer service and price of food and water in the hotel was outrageous. A small bottle of water $10 dollars. All if the drinks and snacks and beauty products in the room were massively overpriced. The food at the hotel restaurant was expensive and not good. There was a girl staying at the hotel that was ill after a night out in the lobby, and when her friend asked the front desk for water for her, they refused it. I had to go to my room and take a bottle from the ones priced at $10 in the room ( no free water at all in this hotel) and bring it down. The valley return was very chaotic and took a lot of time, there was a lot of confusion finding where the car keys were I had to go inside she confirm check out after I had already checked out because they had misplaced the keys.

The location on the beach was amazing , private and quite pleasant ! The hotel restaurant is beautiful and very up to date classy ! The hotel lobby and bartender was amazing ! He makes very good drinks 🍹 the room was nice and clean and we had a great experience with a n amazing surprise “charcuterie “ board sent to us with Wine to the room . It was a very pleasant surprise. We had been celebrating our 25/26th anniversary there. Was very happy 😊

Dinner was WAY too SALTY and I couldn’t enjoy my dinner 🥘 and was charged for it even after I mentioned to the waiter. Was Not impressed. Another experience was on the 7th floor when a couple was being “overly sexual “ in front of others. Everyone was uncomfortable with it even the adults . We had to leave the area.

i like pretty much everything. The only sadness is, we forgWe we forgot some personal items in the room and I call lost and found and they told me that nothing have been found. 😡 who ever clean the room have to be responsável for it …

Very nice hotel in Miami Mid Beach. They provide umbrellas and beach chairs. Beautiful view. Nice pool. The room was spacious and clean.

Vallet is very expensive (49 dollars + tax + tip a day). I’ve been to many restaurants and hotels during my stay and it was the most expensive vallet parking I’ve seen there. There is a public parking nearby (5 minutes walking), which costs 20 dollars every 24 hours, so it was our option from the second day on.

The location and beach are excellent.

The elevators in the building are a disaster and need to be replaced. There was 2 out of 4 elevators broken at any given time and we were constantly using the service elevator to get up and down the building. The staff at the pool gave out to me for filling my water bottle with water and said that it was for cups only. I was told to buy water inside which I thought was ridiculous as I was clearly getting water for my pregnant wife, who was standing beside me. The food quality was good for the most part however some of the beach food needs updating especially when your staff are warning us off it. There should also be little tables beside the beach chairs so you don't have to leave your food and drinks in the hot sand.
