Location was excellent. Breakfast was okay.

When we got into our room the kitchen floor was wet and we call the front desk. They sent maintenance over he say it was the housekeeper who left it wet so would tell her to come over again but never did. Coffee maker didn't work at all . Room smell like mold . One of the pillowcases was dirty.

Everything at this hotel was very good including excellent breakfast, very clean, friendly staff, facilities etc.

The location is somewhat off for tourists. The hotel charges $20 for car parking and for such hotels it should be free as it is not in prime location. Even Booking.com was used with free parking but the hotel charged $20, which is a disgrace. I gave them Marriott rewards number but points were not added. Their customer service asked me to send them the number again and I sent and still points are not added yet.

The rooms were great, spacious enough and clean. The location was also really near the strip, 10 min by car. Breakfast was good

Someone stole our car plate from their parking. It ended up consuming us an extra day from our trip to fix this issue. The car was rental and we aren’t Americans which made things harder. We first asked the lady to the reception and she didn’t seem to care at all. Super unhelpful, and she didn’t seem to believe us, we had to ask her for everything from the number of the police, and she didn’t know the answers and wasn’t proactive enough for helping. Then luckily another employee showed up, she had more empathy and helped us with advice.

Clean, Breakfast, Close to facilities

Booked my room for 320 complete. I was charged $360. When I asked it to be adjusted the person up front said it was the incidentals. She would not let me know specifically but said it was correct. I let her know of my displeasure. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to get into it with her. It felt very condescending. Like I was the dumb one and I should just be quiet and accept it. The property was very clean, which is the first thing I look for when I check into a hotel. They were also extremely accommodating as we had booked in another property that was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. The staff went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of!

Some of the facilities could do with an update, but I don’t particularly fault that as long as it’s clean, which it was.

the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is nice and clean..

They only have one breakfast option and it is uncomfortable when the stay is for more than 2 days and you have children

The breakfast was good. Perhaps only missing some pancakes. The room was nice and comfortable. There was a fridge and a cooking area and the air felt good

I did not see a remote control for the TV so I thought maybe you had to call and request TV service. When I asked about it the next day, the front office told me it should've been next to the TV. Overall the price could've been a bit lower

I did not go to breakfast although it was included in my package.

The brochure stated that they have a shuttle that takes you to the strip. However when I inquired about it they no longer do it due to the pandemic but it is still on their site, one of the main reason I booked so I did not have to drive everywhere. Parking in Vegas is expensive. There was an event close by and the parking spaces for guest were rented out for this event leaving me no where to park. It was very inconvenient and frustrating since my room was already paid for.
