Loved the roof top bar and lounge with fabulous views of the strip. Lobby was gorgeous and had a terrific coffee shop for breakfast that was very reasonably priced. Rooms were huge as it’s an all suite hotel

The check in could have been better. The front desk staff was not particularly welcoming when I arrived and the room type that I booked was not available. However, the manager promptly came out and was very apologetic and made things right by offering me a generous food and beverage credit. I did not have any further issues during my stay and enjoyed every aspect of my five night visit.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The vibe in the hotel is very chilled. The pool area is really good.

Our room wasn’t ready until after 16:30 in spite of registering at 13:00. We sat in the lobby watching people check in and get room keys while we waited.

The hotel is amazing!! So beautiful so stylish and modern design. The lobby and the room exceed expectations. Room was stunning!! Huge bath, 2 sinks I stayed in a corporate reservation then personal one The corporate was 1 king bedroom and the personal was 2 queen I’d recommend the king suite. It is connected to Mandalay Bay where you can enjoy all the facilities such us casino and restaurants But still have separation and can feel a more relaxed and boutique atmosphere.

The view from the room wasn’t that nice. The pool was very far, same place as the Mandalay Bay pool Needs to go like 10 min walk from my room to the pool. It would improve my experience if the pool was in Delano building. I would give 10/10 if they had their own pool in their own building. The way to the pool was too long + you need to walk in Mandalay Bay hotel which is for my opinion way less nicer. There was also not many umbrellas at the pool and in 42 degrees you might need an umbrella.

My family loved the large suite. I was clean and smelled like we were in a spa. The location was close to my mom who stayed in the Mandalay bay side but with no Casino or smell of smoke like the Mandalay bay. The breakfast there was so good and convenient. I loved the separate pool with two different levels and more quiet that the Mandalay Bay side but easily accessible to that side of the pool. I absolutely loved the staff they were attentive and showed personal interest in my stay and the service was well above my expectation. I was greeted by Brianna from Valet and when the front desk staff became busy she helped checked me in our room without delay. I had an issue with my first room and Cherelle in the front desk went above and beyond her customer service and fixed my problem so fast and was so compassionate she really impressed me and my family! There was one more front desk staff he was fabulous and I am upset at myself because I can not remember his name but kudos to this resort and its staff for making my experience memorable!!!!!

I choose this resort because I do not gamble nor do I smoke. It is known for its spa like aromas and no casino on first floor. My family checked in during the week and things were great. Once the weekend started one day I smelled marijuana in my room as though someone went in and literally was smoking in the living room. This happened twice in one week. However the staff informed me that this was a smoke free resort and sometimes people break the rules and the smoke comes from the air vents. They fixed the problem asap twice and made sure dinner was on them for out inconvenience. Despite the ignorance of other travelers who do not respect others experiences or rules I would definitely stay here again.

Very understated tasteful decor. No gambling facilities within the Delano premises itself. Fabulous view from the 64th floor from the vantage point at the beginning of the Strip so as to see the whole town. Very large suite with a fully separate bedroom. A luxurious super bathroom with both a large bath and very large shower. Two discrete separate toilets. The fact that the whole of the facilities and amenities of the Manadalay Bay were seamlessly available, including some great dining facilities, shows and casino.

The only criticism would be access to the pool which was only possible by walking through almost the whole of the Casino floor of the Mandalay Bay. A separate discrete access as in some other LV hotels would be much more comfortable. Slightly confusing check-in which didn't tell us of the map of the whole premises which we had to scan. We would have preferred a hard copy map. The inability to purchase VIP tickets for the Michael Jackson show without the whole VIP experience. We would have preferred the possibility of VIP section seats with a bottle of champagne between two as a package.

I enjoyed the view from my hotel room. The room did feel clean and had cute furniture. Slept comfortably. Love the ambiance of the hotel.

I’ve never been to a hotel where my room wasn’t ready by the check in time. When I called, I was told to basically wait until a room became available because they were fully booked. My reservation was months in advance. It was disappointing to not have a room ready by check in time and not be able to rest after a long drive. I was also told that I couldn’t get an estimated time when my room would be ready. When I went to the front desk, I was given a supplementary “upgraded” room but the showers were outdated and had low water pressure compared to other rooms in that hotel.

I did enjoy my stay. I think this is the second time i stayed with you - first time for work a while back. Rooms are clean and spacious. I like that everything is nearby,

I think that the resort fees are ridiculous - everywhere - not just at your hotel. When asking about what the resort fees include, basically the front desk agent said local phone calls. No one uses the hotel phones anymore as everyone has their own cell phones. Also, every time i went to the porter's desk, they seem to vanish into their office. The Uber pick-up line was a bit confusing. two separate areas for drop offs and pick ups. but the Ubers would all just to to the drop off area to pick up passengers.

EVERYTHING!! The hotel welcomes with a warm ambience and delightful aroma throughout the facility. Reception was professional, knowledgeable, and offered and upgrade which allowed for an early check-in. The venue, “House of Blues”, was exceptional and the waitstaff & bartenders were “Rock Stars”. We have stayed at numerous resorts on the strip and this property has joined our top 5.

Everything was fantastic!! The only thing we would’ve desired was the ability to order room service. We do understand due to lack of staffing and Covid restrictions still in place, room service hasn’t come back to many properties.

We had a two queen bed suite, and the room was lovely. The room and all of the furnishings were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel had a great location.

There was no fridge in the suite for guests to use. If you wanted to use space in the fridge that held the minibar you had to pay a charge of $50 per day. There was no complimentary bottled water or packets of coffee in the room. I mistakenly drank a large bottle of water without looking at the mini bar menu first. The charge for the bottle was $24. I have never been in a high-end hotel before that charged for bottled water and coffee packets.
