Pleasantly surprised with everything. It is tough to find a 100 per night hotel (Thanksgiving day and weekend). Clean rooms, both front desk and room service staff did a great job. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was excellent, about 5 min to downtown. Like any location close to a freeway I think they have their share of interactions with homeless persons. The interaction I saw had the hotel manager in a kind but firm manner ask them to leave the property. Breakfast was better than expected. With eggs, sausage, cut potatoes, oatmeal, biscuits ... And more. I would absolutely stay again.

Internet was very spotty and needs to be upgraded. Being a fan of biscuits and gravy I was disappointed that the gravy was always barely warm.

Location, ok for a guy but if a ladies' on her own would not venture outside of hotel at night. Best get cab or be with some guys no disrespect to you ladies. . Front desk staff Great!! helped in every way to make my stay enjoyable. Great parking had car and trailer plenty of room to park. Would stay at this location again. Thank you

Breakfast very poor. First day only egg and sausage. Second day egg sausage potato. Third day egg ham potato. What happed to the bacon? No sign to say please wear gloves before getting breakfast. Staff in breakfast room Friday morning had a bad attuited almost like it was to much for her to have a smile. If she is tired of saying wear gloves then make a big sign and place it before the breakfast area not wait till we are getting breakfast then get upset because we do not have gloves on!! Shame really one of the main reasons I went with Best Western is for the Breakfast included. Why is the breakfast staff allowed to be eating in the breakfast area were the food is located when patrons are trying to get breakfast? Strange but true.

Breakfast was convenient and on time every morning! I had to be up early to prepare for my day/meetings and it was a pleasure being able to start off having my fresh coffee with my choice of breakfast before starting my day.

I would have liked it colder in the room given the temperature during my stay was in the high 90's low 100's. It did get a bit warm in the room. Maybe a larger variety of snacks to choose from by check-in...although you did have some great ones I guess I was looking for a little something extra :-) and I didn't want to leave the hotel late at night.

Seriously one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We travel domestically and internationally quite frequently and this hotel for the price was such an amazing accommodation. The rooms and the beds are so comfy, breakfast is literally amazing and the happy hour from Sunday through Thursday is such a perfect extra touch.

Location was perfect restaurants and stores nearby.. Breakfast was good, hallways and everything were very clean.. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable we had a hard time waking up early we wanted to just sleep all day in them lol would definetly book here again

Wish i would of stayed longer

It was in a very good location. Everything I wanted to do was in a 15-20 minute drive

My room was literally by the pool so when it was time to sleep .. it sounded like big gust of wind was blowing by the room. I’m not sure if it was because of the laundry facilities next to us but that’s my only complaint

Comfortable beds, free parking, good breakfast

Walls are thin and we could hear the people next to us playing music and screaming around 9:30pm but they did quiet down after we told the manager; location not that great either

Location was great! Halloween decorations were so cute! Woman at the front desk with Blue hair was very sweet! Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Loved having a mini frig and microwave!

Didn't like the shampoo, conditioner & lotion in the rooms. Also the property next door that is abandoned is a bit scary. There was a constant noise with the frig in our room that was annoying as well.

Great one night stay, very quiet location. Breakfast had all you might want or need with variety of sausages bacon and egg, with tea and coffee available.

The staff was so nice, and helpful!! Smiling faces every time we interacted with ANY of the staff. The people at the front desk at check in and especially at checkout truly went above and beyond for us!

If im being honest there wasnt anything we didnt like that was directly related to the staff or hotel specifically. The hotel sits between two very sketchy motels, BUT the BW property itself was superb and we felt so safe that we forgot about the sketchy hotels. The eggs at breakfast were watery and the potato and chorizo was super spicy. Lol but the ladies serving breakfast were wonderful!
