the hotel looks quite new, elegant and nice hall, rooms are ok maybe not so special for 5 stars hotel but ok, staff are the best part everyone is incredible nice and polite I was speachless! Fitness room was amazing, also the spa quite good.

Honestly speaking the SPA was more a waterpark for children, it has been just impossible have relax as many kids were screaming, running, jump into the pool all time...nobody was control anything and this is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. the breakfast was not enough good, not a lot of assortment about food and quality of food not very high. Restarant should improve quality of food and timing.

The front desk personnel has no professional attitude. The rooms are on the small side. The breakfast is mediocre. The location is far the from city centre. Paid 470 eur cash, received receipt for 468 eur with no resonable explaination. I have booked 4 rooms all 4 receipts with 2 euro less... Not that 2 euro matter, but leaves an unpleasant feeling in the customers. All the chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and with stains.The location is far the from city centre.

I experienced real hospitality from all the staff, and I sincerely thank them for their kindness and professionalism. The spa and breakfast were both excellent, offering a relaxing and enjoyable start to the day. Additionally, the reception staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with arranging taxis and airport transfers, which made my stay even more convenient and stress-free.

The breakfast was good, and the restaurant team was very helpful and lovely, but I expected a higher quality dinner from a 5-star hotel (the soup was very basic, the dessert had an exaggerated sugar level, though the main course was good).

Bar area was classy. Room was clean and lovely. The spa and pool were beautiful.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Cooked foods (eggs, sautéed vegetables were flavorless and unappetizing). The dirty dishes were piling up at the coffee bar unattended to. Hotel staff came in and grabbed food without using thongs. I have eaten at Hilton hotels all over the world and this was the worst experience. They need to work on bringing this up to a Hilton standard.

The location is a little bit far from the city center, but for 5-6 euros you can go by taxi, and polite hotel personnel will call one for you. I have never slept that well in my life, the bed and pillows are amazing! It was like sleeping on a cloud! Everyone is polite and kind, you can ask for whatever you need. The spa and pool are awesome, the pool can be a little bit bigger, in the evening is crowded. Breakfast was great! Room was very clean!

The hotel was of a world class standard. Rooms were finished to a high standard. The spa facilities were excellent, with long opening hours. All the hotel staff were professional, helpful and polite. The bar menu was extensive and the quality of the hotel was reflected in the food and drinks.

It’s difficult to find something we didn’t like about the hotel, but to be picky I would say 1.The prices of the food and drink were significantly higher than other highly rated local restaurants. 2. The bedding on the pull out bed in the suite was only a sheet and not a proper duvet and the mattress of the pull out bed had large springs that made it extremely uncomfortable. Whereas the double bed in the suite was exceptionally comfortable with a proper duvet and good mattress.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with good WiFi and air-conditioning in the room. Comfortable beds and good sized and clean bathroom. The spa area is amazing!! Pools very warm and area is clean, hotel provides towels and robe too. Valet parking available and good service. Lots of parking at the hotel including underground garage included in the price. Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of choice. The hotel is very luxurious and I highly recommend.

Wish we stayed longer

Even though the hotel is around 5km from the historical city centre, I really liked the location. It's right on the river bank, and it creates a good atmosphere. The beds are huge and super comfy. The SPA is also a nice addition to any stay, and 24/7 room service is one of those old good privileges that almost disappeared everywhere after Covid. But here, they are, thankfully, keeping the tradition of good hotels of the past :) The staff is sincerely helpful and friendly.

It is a bit overpriced given that the room facilities could benefit from refurbishment (but rooms are very clean). Also, tea and coffee offered in the rooms of such hotels should be of a better standard: for this room price, guests deserve to be able to brew for themselves some decent tea or coffee in their rooms. Not your choice if you'd like to walk for 5 minutes to the city centre :) From here you'd need to walk for about 50 minutes or to take a car.
