The breakfast was varied and plentiful. My wife needed gluten-free options as she is a coeliac and there was sufficient choices for her. The breakfast staff (particularly Bruno) were extremely helpful and very customer focussed, nothing was too much trouble. Supplies were being topped up, tables cleared away and cleaned in a timely manner for the next guest. The reception staff were very professional and Kimi's greeting on our late night arrival was welcoming and friendly. Our room was a decent size with all the facilities you would expect. The SMEG fridge was an added bonus. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the beverage provision topped up. All staff we encountered during our 6 night stay were attentive and are an asset to this hotel.

I don't have anything negative to report. The hotel met all our requirements and I would recommend a stay here.

Hotel is in a great location with fantastic parking facilities that are discounted right next to the hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms are really great, couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be a great touch! The bed was so comfy! The mattress was the best hotel mattress I've stayed on. The pillows i love a slightly fimer option available as well but I sunk into these and slept like a log. No noise, no issues, and the hotel was immaculate Luisa who i dealt with over an extended check out due to me staying for an operation the following morning was really helpful before the stay and put my mind at ease knowing my partner wasn't sat in his car just waiting for me as we live 2 hours away. Thank you for this. It really meant a lot knowing he was okay. He also loved the breakfast & the gym! I'm now even more gutted i couldn't have the breakfast after seeing the picture he took. Would highly recommend and, if ever in Rochdale again, would stay here over anywhere else Thanks again for making such a stressful stay so easy and nice.

Great Breakfast, lovely room, very clean and smart. Bar prices and snack prices very reasonable too. Makes a refreshing change to having to pay silly money for beers/snacks etc.

Only negative in the whole of our stay and if we were to be picky. Lovely huge mirror in our room, unfortunately is placed on the wall opposite toilet/bathroom door. When using toilet in the night the light switch is on the outer of the door so switching on the light before entering into the bathroom totally then lights up the whole bedroom area due to the reflection of the light from the bathroom. This then wakes up the person in bed (myself or wife) saying this, there is no other wall that would allow the huge mirror, so this is unavoidable, apart from removing the mirror itself, which in itself would be a shame. So I suppose there is a plus and negative to that.

The whole hotel was very well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was not so good. The hotel claims to have a restaurant for evening meals. What that actually means is you sit in the large entrance hall and have food brought out on order from their very limited menu. The food was OK but very far from the best I've had. The breakfast wasn't very nice at all. The scrambled eggs were dry and rubbery, the sausages and hash browns were pretty tasteless and the bacon and mushrooms tasted very odd. nothing like bacon or mushrooms!

The hotel was central to Rochdale and easily accessible with paid public safe parking just opposite at half normal price I.e. £5 overnight. The Staff were all extremely pleasant and welcoming. The reception was open twenty-four hours and there was a bar in the same area where food was also available as was tea and coffee. We had a super king size room which was very well appointed with super king size comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with shower. King size TV, safe, fridge and kettle. In fact everything was top quality including a copious self service breakfast (included in the price) with hot and cold food and waffle making machines. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern and in great condition. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has a lovely big shower and heated mirror. The temperature in the room was really easy to control. The rooms have everything you need, giant tv, hairdryer, fridge, iron etc. Restaurants nearby are accessible and parking is close enough.

Breakfast buffet facilities wasn't great: the waffle iron/mixture was a fail, choice of cereal low and the coffee machine was out of order. Thankfully staff made up for this in friendliness and helpfulness, and tiny warm pastries made us happy.

I loved the careful design of my room. In particular the clever seated corner area with cushions and a small table I could put my laptop on. It felt comfortable and welcoming. The lighting was also really well thought through, and again contributed to the feeling of comfort. The use of space was really good. Lovely bathroom too.

Coffee at breakfast. Those machines where you press a button to get a choice of hot drinks don't really work. They are unappetising and drag the whole offer down (the rest of breakfast was good, by the way). Coffee does need to be better than this.

Never been to Rochdale before! We were travelling to visit Todmorden & hebden bridge over bank holiday for just 1 night. The hotel is absolutely stunning inside, spotless, 24hr service & super friendly brilliant staff. The gym is amazing which is also 24hr and free coffee & tea in reception. The beds are super comfy & superb bed linens. The breakfast was a hit with my 4Yo daughter who had fun making her own waffles. Everything fresh and plenty of hot & continental breakfast to choose from,. Considering we got all of that for Jist £65 for the night I’m more than impressed and would happily come back to stay in Rochdale for no apparent reason 😂 other than just the hotel because it’s lovely and an absolute bargain. Thankyou ❤️

Key card seemed generic (like it could open any hotel room door). Someone tried to come in our room in the afternoon while we were there, hotel cleaner maybe, and I’m pretty sure overnight too, but we had the safety guard across the door (we locked the door when we got back in the evening, but by the morning it was unlocked!). No car parking facilities except a pay and display across the road (they did discount the charges, but it would be better if they had their own parking facilities). Other than that I couldn’t fault it.

Excellent breakfast. We requested Halal Veg Sausages and hotel obliged. Loads of options. Hot food, cereals, waffles, fruit and drinks. Room was really clean and quiet. Parking was £5 if you validate at the Hotel, its across the road from the Hotel. Lots to do and eat near the Hotel. Great staff. We stayed in the King room. The bed was really big. Nice gym too on the 1st floor.

I thought the Hotel could perhaps include parking in the price or perhaps contract themselves to the car park across the road so the visitors could stay there for free. Parking is the only issue.
