I didn't know what to expect for the price at which I paid. The room was basic, it was simple. With minimum facilities, but no television. But I understand that because of the rate. The staff on hand was the main positive of the stay. Speedy and attentive. Well-mannered and polite.

I'm not fussed about deco, but I feel a basic renovate would do wonders. Charge £10 more per stay and have a small television in the room. It felt like a prison cell at times. Looking out the window, I understand facilities update and make modifications to the rooms. But to see soiled mattresses, which is good to know have been replaced, but there's a little bit of an eyesore.

Was very sceptical of staying at this place due to bad reviews… however there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Checking in went smoothly, a young man let us in and gave us our keys, shown us around and walked us to our room. The room was clean, smelt gorgeous, very spacious, little kitchen area, large TV (that was not working) and a huge comfortable bed. Shared bathroom was clean, and shower gel and soap available to use.

Stairs were very steep, so if an elderly person visited I think they would struggle getting up/down the stairs. Our room was right near the main road so very noisy due to busy all night. TV didn’t work, no satellite working so had to watch a movie on our phone.

Really enjoy here, a guy who worked here was really nice, we unfortunately lost our keys and the guy was extremely understanding and kind about it, the room was lovely and cosy. Everything was clean bed was also very comfy

I really liked the room, inside it had a small refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee, which made our stay more comfortable. everything was very clean and safe. Furthermore, the host was very friendly and helped us solve any questions. I recommend it 100%.

I liked the location for the ease of taking the bus, nearby there is a shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, fastfoods, among other types of commerce. The building is in good condition, and the room was fine for me and my daughter, small and practical.

Location was ideal to get in and out of the city by taxi very conveniently, and significantly cheaper than the other options. Ideal for anyone looking for a bed to sleep in to go to WHP like we did!

There was no door on the bathroom and the shower was a little bit poorly designed so we had to use the towel provided as a floor towel (and luckily we had brought our own).

All nice, clean, comfortable & warm. Only one things bathroom, bedroom floor & bedroom mirror are not clean. Apart from that an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

When I arrived, I was upgraded to a studio flat which was very nice considering I paid less than £40! Great value for a Friday night so close to Manchester. It was very clean and the staff were friendly

It was a bit strange to have to pay £100 deposit, however, they've had trouble in the past with guests being disrespectful. I was refunded when I left. No quibbles.
