The staff was so kind, we arrived before our check-in time and they let us use our room since it was ready. We were celebrating my child's birthday... They gave us vouchers for free drinks (very generous from them). There's jacuzzi and spa so it's always nice after a long day in Zurich. From the railway station you can take the tram way number 2 or 3.. then walk only 2/3 mins. There's a free gym area.

I just felt like the room was a bit small, we didn't have enough space for our luggages ... (My impression).

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is a large structure, very nice and well organized, with all the services and comforts available. The welness area with the pool, sauna, solarium is included in the price and you can relax and regenerate yourself in a beautiful area. The room was tidy and clean, with a nice view on the garden, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and various, there is a chef that if you want cooks eggs for you in a delicious ways. If I have to mention one thing in particular is the kindess, helpfulness and professionalism of all the Staff both at the Reception, at the Breakfast services and kitchen and at the Wellness area, they always welcome you with a smile and kind manners.

The bed was the most comfortable one that we slept on in six weeks. The window opened for fresh air and lots of natural lighting. Loved the pool we swam around for hours after we took ages to locate it. Loved the coffee given in the room it saved me money. Location is right near supermarkets within walking distance so we’re able to get snacks and walk back. There was a kettle

The shower leaked, the glass wall wasn’t long enough that the water would pour out past it. We didn’t know that the gym was a public one it was packed which was disappointing since that’s the whole reason we booked it. There was no fridge and the tv didn’t connect to our phones it was just local channels

1) The signage from the bar/restaurant toilets which were down on the basement level BACK to the bar/restaurant was non- existent - my female friend was close to tears late evening in being unable to find her way back up to the restaurant - trying many doors, including one to the kitchen. She was close to tears on returning as it was so deserted down there. We reported it to Reception who seemed to be aware this was an issue. 2) Twice, one of our group was summoned to Reception to re-register their credit card to cover drinks from the bar - despite it being sorted on check in. One such call was to the room at 11.15pm!!!

We took the Junior Suite and was very nice comfortable room which is real value for the money. The facilities are very nice as well, and the hotel is in very good central location in Zurich. Also, there is a migros that is open until 9pm Monday-Saturday right down the street if you forgot anything. The staff (from people at reception and people in restaurant) are very helpful and nice.

Not so much a negative point, but the food seems quite expensive at first in the restaurant but don’t be put off, the quality of the meal was excellent so for us it was worth it

Really like this hotel for business. There is a Holmes Place Gym on site which is outstanding for a Hotel. Breakfast was good with a chef cooking eggs however you like them. Rooms are clean, functional and not dated. Iron for shirts. Bar staff are friendly too. Ate the Poke Bowl at the restaurant the night I arrived late, which was good although obviously Zurich prices. Everyone is really friendly. They all speak perfect English (not that I need that particularly).

Couldn't get the room again nearly as cheaply for my third and fourth visit to Zurich (in as many months)

In the room there was an option to boil water and drink tea or capsule coffee. Breakfast was fabulous with a lot of options for warm dishes (e.g. sausages, beans. eggs etc.) and cold food (e.g. fish, salami, bircher muesli, fruits, vegetables). There was an option to have a chef to prepare eggs/scrumble with the toppings of your choice. Gym and spa area (sauna, quite room with warm tea, pool area) were great: clean, comfortable and renovated (new). Restaurant on the first floor served delicious food with an average price/quality ratio for Zürich.

We needed to iron the clothes before going to an official event. We asked the day before to bring an iron to the room - promised, not delivered. We asked at the beginning of the day - the same. We phoned from the room - the same. We came in person to the lobby - we were finally asked to call the "hausmeister" ourselves to ensure that it will be delivered. We needed to call twice to finally get an iron. The door to the toilet is half transparent (you can see what is going on there) and on top of that you can not completely close it, probably to ensure that your rommate can, also, hear what is happening. =) And, finally, there was no toilet brush. The wardrobes were too small for two persons. Barely can fit there, even though just stayed for a few days.

Absolutely amazing experience everyone were so nice and helpful. I arrived late and the receptionist, a wonderful lady called Eirini was such a delight to talk to she welcomed me and was so helpful as well as all the staff at the reception bar, breakfast and spa everyone was amazing. The spa is big I didn't expect that loved the cold pool after the sauna. All In all excellent service and loved staying there. Thank you you all made our stay memorable!

The hotel looked and felt amazing, we were really pleased with how big the room was and bathroom was decent size too. We also loved how quiet the room was too and managed to get plenty of sleep! The breakfast had a lot of options and we really enjoyed the food. Having a separate chef to make pancakes and omelettes was a great idea too! We enjoyed everything regarding our stay and it definitely exceeded our expectation! The hotel is placed is an excellent location which allowed us to easily travel around the city via tram and bus. Lastly, the customer service was incredible and the staff was lovely - they always asked if we were ok and whether we were satisfied with our stay. Thank you so much for our stay. We had the best time and would recommend others to stay at the hotel too!

Nothing - it was great!

I like almost everything about this hotel. First impression was the staff at front desk that super friendly and helpfull even staff at restaurant for breakfast also nice and very helpfull. Hotel is clean with good ambience at lobby area. Room is spacious and super clean. Everything I could expect for a Crowne Hotel chain meet here in Zurich. Oh not to mention tram is walking distance too like 2-5 minutes depends on which stop the tram is. Definitely high recommended and wanna stay at this hotel again when had a chance to visit Zurich.

Nothing, maybe if the price could a little bit lower will be a good deal.
