We had a wonderful 3 nights at Pandanus Resort. We were two families and requested rooms next to each other which we got. The rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space for the kids to spread out. We had a lovely pool view from our room. The resort facilities were excellent, two large pools in a beautiful tropical setting. Lots of sun loungers and the top pool has a bar. The resort is right on the beach so you can choose the beach, sea or pool to relax by. The buffet breakfast was excellent, cuisine from around the world so everyone could find lots of things they liked. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times as it was easier with the kids, the food was nice. Usually we would go out to the local towns in the evenings but you have to drive to most places in Mui Ne so we decided to stay in the resort, the family from the Philippines that were the evening entertainment were lots of fun. We did the early morning fishing village walk which I would recommend. The staff at the resort are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort in Mui Ne, it was excellent value for money.

The resort decorated with a lot of flowers bring me into a exhibition. There are a lot of activities like spa tennis, tabble ball… The welcome drink is grape wine homemade. At late afternoon they bring us biscuits, and the staffs are always smile with us. Moreover in the room have the minibar: beer, snacks, soda, noodle that totally free. Also resort provided free bus to some famous spots of Phan Thiet, we saved money for transportation. There are two swimming pool with warm water, we really enjoy it. And the beaches quite good also. Anyway everything is perfect more than what I expected.

Overall it is a good value for money. The place is quiet, a bit old but well kept and refreshed. The staff is very friendly, they try their best with English. Good with the different pools, and some services like the gym and Game room

The food was very average and expensive for the quality. Also some items were missing from the general offer (ice creams, snacks, etc..). The pool water was cold, even in colder days that could led to a pool swim. Very sad to have a small beach, full of plastics and with sellers that try to catch your attention as soon as you step close to the sand.

Lovely buffet breakfast with a variety of options. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Walking distance to Red Sand Dunes (5 minutes up the road). 2 big pools with plenty of loungers, staff kept the beach clean and the gardens were beautiful and tidy. Great facilities (tennis courts, volleyball courts, bball, outdoor bowling) and kids playground so great for families.

Would’ve been nice to have an option or have been notified about the evening turn down service. We found the housekeeping didn’t give you much time to get to the door before entering the room and on one occasion the housekeeping entered the room, turning on all the lights while I was in the bath, children were asleep which was not ideal! Needless to say we put the do not disturb light on every evening after that.

Had two pools in different areas of the hotel which meant one was mostly used by kids leaving the other for adults. Plenty of options to sit near pool or beach area. There are always people who live their towels and don't return to chairs for a long time which happens most places. Plenty of choices of different cuisines at breakfast time and seating not really an issue even at peak times.

Was very windy at the beach area during last week in Dec. Don't know if this is all the time. There were kite surfers all day, everyday in the area. No calm sea for swimming so you have to be an experienced swimmer. Hotel does have lifeguards present.

Breakfast was excellent, facilities were great. Excellent value for money. Red sand dunes right across the road nice place to walk in the evenings.

A shame so much plastic in the ocean and sea a little rough at this time of year better to be located further West closer to Ham Tien although we found it very easy to take taxis to and from the resort to visit other areas and also found some good eating options not far away if you don’t want to pay resort prices.

Out stay at Pandanus Mui Ne was amazing! We stayed in a sea view bungalow room, which was huge and very thoroughly cleaned by Nguyen Thi Thanhi Tinh each day of our stay. Breakfast has a vast array of choices, with super tasty meals and drinks. There were two pools with plenty of chairs at each one. The cooking class was fun! One on one with the chef and an english translator staff member made it a very memorable experience.

There was nothing overly wrong! If I were to be pedantic, our room wouldn't connect to one of the cable movie channels and that was a touch annoying, but we also didn't request for this to be fixed by staff. Essentially it was all good!

We liked this place very much even though it felt a bit like a retirement home which I didn't realise would be the case when booking it - it was beautiful though.

It was quite windy by the beach so that it was almost too cold to go swimming either in the ocean or the pool. There is also a lot of rubbish floating in the ocean being washed up on the beach - the hotel staff are constantly picking it up to keep the beach clean but it's still quite depressing.

Great resort, everything there was maintained well, staff were excellent, clean facilities etc

Pool bar wasn't open, likely due to lack of occupancy in resort.

Excellet food, beautifull garden, very big room.

The sea is not clean, to much trash flowing around. The beach was clean.
