We loved the position of the hotel. It was an easy walk to the old town and the lake. The hotel was stylish, comfortable and very quiet. Every member of staff we met was friendly, charming and very willing to assist in any way possible. One kind chap even found out for us where all the swans had gone! Wonderful!! The beds were supremely comfortable and the bed linen of the highest quality. The shower rooms/bathrooms were beautifully designed and all areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was copious and delicious. Thank you to the whole team! N.

The rooms were a touch small perhaps for double occupancy but this is not a complaint by any means.

The staff is very friendly and very considerate. When I was leaving, I didn't have time to take breakfast, so they offered me a free coffee to go, and it was so good coffee. They rescued me that morning 😁😁 The location is also very good, 5 min walk to the train station and very near the city center where all restaurants are. I can't say anything about the breakfast because I didn't have time to have it.

The room was a little too small, but it's okay if you are planning to be outside most of the time, which is what the city is for.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is new, everything works perfectly, and there are lovely details throughout. As a European, I found the breakfast selection ideal. The ladies working at breakfast and reception were very kind and made my mornings enjoyable. A special thanks to the receptionist, Simi (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to talk to. The entire staff is wonderful ❤️ The location is excellent and quiet. Keep up the great work 👍

Stylish with friendly staff. Excellent location - short walk from the old town. Good breakfast although see below.

The room was very hot so we didn’t sleep well but that was probably our fault as we didn’t find the air con! Would have been good if we were told about it. Breakfast good but the pastries were not as nice as we have had elsewhere in France (a bit bready). Parking not right next to hotel which was a bit tricky with young children.

We had a suite with a separate living area. Although there was no door between the living area and the bedroom, they were still two distinct areas, which meant that I could read in the living area while my husband was sleeping.

The glasses for water at the bar were dirty! Luckily I checked the glass before I added water because there were actual stains on it ! The other glasses weren’t spotless either! Astonishing because everything else at the hotel was very clean!

Stayed for one night en-route to our skiing holiday in the French Alps. What a fabulous hotel this is. We normally stay in Beaune but decided to try Annecy instead and so pleased we did. Incredibly helpful owners/staff, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The decor is super, fabulous attention to detail and very high quality. Great location to the beautiful old town approx 5-10min walk and 15-20 min walk to the scenic lake. Great location all round, underground parking very nearby, also close to public transport if required. Breakfast is a must, delicious & great quality ingredients too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking a return stay next year. Thank you so much

Location is excellent, very close to train station and old town. It’s quiet, bed is comfortable.

The toilet. I have no idea how it is designed. I am an Asian man about 5ft 10 inch, 1.80m, my foot can barely touch the floor when sitting on the toilet, my wife is much shorter Asian women, her foot is completely off the floor when she is sitting on the toilet. you can imagine how tall is the toilet.

The staff were so friendly, the hotel is beautiful and location perfect. I look forward to returning again. We used Hebe's electric bicycles to reach Lake Annecy in 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi is speedy. Parking is 1 minute away and even subsidised. Hebe really is the perfect boutique hotel. When you don't need a spa or conference facilities. Just a warm welcome, stylish interior design, a comfy bed and everything on your doorstep... Oh and it is all at a very reasonable price!

The communication between hotel and patron was very poor. Our request for a reservation at a local restaurant was taken but not conveyed properly to us. We had extreme embarrassment when we were told at the restaurant that we had no reservation when we went there. Luckily on a very busy night we were able to have a meal at another restaurant.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Everything in the room/hotel were as described, very clean and modern (and comfortable). Location was great, we came by train and the hotel was a 2 min walk! Lastly, the staff at this hotel are really lovely, all staff were super helpful and friendly. Oh and the breakfast was delicious!
