The location couldn't have been any better - best of both worlds! Why we say that? It's because it's very close to the central train station and the bus terminals, hence convenient when taking public transportation, for example we have arrived from Geneva by train. But it's also super close to the main attractions including the Old Town - by foot it's less than 5 minutes. Surrounding areas are great for shopping, eating out and talking a walk. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. Rooms are super conformable, cozy and fitted with modern amenities. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. It's a great value for money and we would definitely recommend and come back again.

We liked everything about the stay, hence, no complains. Would have liked it even better if the rooms had a mini refrigerator but we were allowed to use the common one at the reception bar area.

The hotel is a 5 min wall to the train and bus station. It is one block off of the main street so was very quiet. The hotel and our room was tastefully decorated, modern and seemed newly remodeled. From this central location you can walk to Lake Annecy, old town, to restaurants and shops and historic sites. The receptionist was very helpful and offered a local favorite restaurant that was within walking distance and was one of our best meals! We appreciated the complimentary espresso, coffee, tea and pastries offered from 1-9 pm each day. The hotel offers breakfast but we did not partake so cannot comment. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next visit!

The location of the hotel was perfect. Just walking distance from the center full of shops and charming restaurants. Our room was small, but beautiful, charming decoration, elegant colours, very functional and clean. Everything seemed new. Breakfast was abundant and delicious in a beautiful dining lounge. We appreciated also the covered parking area next to the hotel entrance. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful in finding solutions for our requests. We shall surely come back.

Loved this hotel - beautiful, clean comfortable room and bed, fabulous location near the train station, shopping and the lake! Friendly welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Loved the coffee machine on the landing between the reception and 1st floor! Thanks so much for your generosity and for a wonderful stay!

Someone with mobility issues might want to be aware of the steps leading down into the bathroom area and also to the coffee/tea machine was located. We were fine with this.

Found this great hotel in a very good location. We stayed two nights in Annecy with our two teenagers before moving on. Excellent hotel with great rooms. Parking if requested and breakfast which was extra. It was in a very quiet street with easy access to the lake and shops.

Lift does not go all the way to 4th floor so request a room with access via the lift. There are steps up to the hotel but there is a ramp for access. We didn’t dine in the hotel as I don’t think there were evening meal options

Perfectly situated hotel only a short walk to the historic part of town and the train station. The hotel was exceptionally clean and was serviced every day. Rooms were a bit tight, but we managed just fine. The rooms had air conditioning and parking was convenient and easy. We did not pay for breakfast—price was a bit steep and there were plenty of options nearby. The hotel provided a bike rental recommendation that we enjoyed. We would return.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are not big but enough for few days stay. Staff was very friendly and provided great service. Hotel location was very convenient, few steps from old town and few steps from a shopping mall with a big supermarket. I would definitely come back.

One small thing - it would be useful to install ventilation in the bathroom. Other than that - all good.

The breakfast was excellent. We also really appreciated being able to make a tea or coffee and have a snack at the table they set up in the afternoon/evening. A good bar downstairs plus seating outside (this was mainly for smokers but we enjoyed sitting there as usually quiet). A very good location as near the station but handy to the town as well.

Although we booked several months earlier and chose fully refundable accommodation, we were charged a one night deposit straight away. When I enquired, I was told several times that this was because it was high season and we wouldn’t get our money back if we canceled. While I understand it is the busy time of year, I believe the hotel was wrong to do so as it was in breach of the terms of our booking. It should have been made clear before we submitted our booking that a non-refundable deposit was required.

This is a totally renovated hotel that looks stunning. The staff are all wonderful people that will take care of you during your stay. It's in a great location with easy access to the lake and old town, but far away enough where you will not be bothered by the noise of those locations. There is a bar in the lobby to get wine, beer and/or mixed drinks and the prices are quite acceptable for a hotel bar.

There is no refrigerator in the room, but they will store your items in their fridge downstairs. If you need parking, see if you can get a spot outside near the main entrance. The parking garage stalls can be a bit tight to fit your vehicle.

We loved the location and also the very friendly and cheerful staff!! They were very welcoming and happy! The free hot drinks & snacks provided between 1pm- 9pm were wonderful- particularly loved the hot chocolate! Our room was set out well, was quiet and all amenities very clean! We slept well in the comfortable bed! Highly recommended!! (restaurant almost next door was also super for dinner!!) (Annecy is beautiful!)
