The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and fresh bread was served every morning. The location was perfect as the street was really quiet and the distance to Antibes and Juan Les Pins is not too long (10 min by bus/taxi or 40 min walk).

All in all everything was really clean but we would have hoped that the floor would’ve been cleaned a bit more often.

great welcome and host and hostess were welcoming and very helpful. The B&B was close to the beach and to the shop and great walks. Weather a bit rainy as this was Autumn time but beautiful days on the other days.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD ..FRESH BREAD..FRUITS..HOME MADE JAM. JUICE...YOGURT...WE LIKED OMELETTE WITH CHEESE A LOT...ALL KIND OF COFFEE AND TEA..THEY MADE A RESERVATION FOR US AT THE RESTAURANT AT THE SEA IN THE DAY WE ARRIVED. HELPFUL AND VERY FREANDLY STAFF. WISH WE COULD STAY LONGER. OF COURSE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..YOU WON'T REGRET.....WILL BE BACK .. GRAZIE MILLE!!!

We found our hosts extremely helpful and nice! They helped us to find beautiful spots nearby and it was excellent that we could borrow bikes to travel back and forth to Antibes. Only five minutes walk to a nice sand beach and the beautiful walks we did in the closeby area was wonderful too.

I found the bed hard and would have liked more pillows.

Fantastic location, quiet and with a high quality finish to the property. The owners know the area very well and provided us with a map and list of things to do and see. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of quiet parking on the road, as well as a space on the gated driveway. A beautiful home with plenty of privacy.

Ia and Francesco were very welcoming. Super B&B, great breakfast, clean, mosquito nets on windows & location are real pluses here, especially if you like a quieter bit of the Cap. We loved that the venue has bikes for its guests if you pre order them. Uber functions well generally, though expect a wait of 20-30 mins at busy times (eg early evenings). La Garoupe beach is a 5 min walk and not as busy as other beaches.

Our hosts were so helpful and full of information and suggestions. We especially enjoyed walking the coastal path which is accessd from the local beach a few minutes away. We came by train to Antibes so we were delighted to use the bikes at no extra charge.

Breakfast was good but same every day. Location was excellent for us as we were staying near friends. All hotels etc … expensive in S France so not cheap for a b n b

Room was a bit small

The b&b was in an ideal location and the hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our room wasn't huge but well equipped and everything was of a high standard. Just perfect as a base for exploring the local area.

I booked this Guest house/B&B after seeing the reviews. I try & book places with a high review number & this place did not disappoint me. Its clean & the owners, La & Francesco could not be more helpful. Breakfast is continental with omelette on request, Plenty to choose from. The place is very secure & with aircon. Its a 5/10 minute drive into Antibes. I was very happy with place. 😊👍
