The pool, sauna and steam room are fantastic

The breakfast was not worth the money, it seems that its literally if you aren't there for 07:30 it's not topped up so you don't have the greatest choice, also it would be nice if there was tea and coffee in the apartment

You can’t check into your room until 5pm but our room was ready so we checked in early. Friendly staff at reception. Nice clean well equipped apartment. Our room had 2 balconies overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool gets the sun all day until about 6.30/7pm. No problem ever getting a sun lounger at it. Fabulous indoor pool with sauna & steam room. Great to use on a rainy day! Small gym with treadmill, rowing machine etc (no free weights) The apartments are in a quiet location. 5 minutes walk (mostly uphill!) from a Carrefour Express supermarket. About 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Biarritz & a choice of beaches & surf schools nearby. Check out is 10am but there’s a room where you can store your luggage if you’ve an evening flight. All in all we enjoyed our stay here & would recommend.

No air conditioning :( however we got a fan from reception.

Really good value for money, much cheaper than alternative options and within walking distance of the centre. Plus a nice walk along the coast to reach it!

Everything was fine.

Fabulous location - easy walk to the beach. Very clean and we took full advantage of the gym, pool, sauna and steam room. We had a large balcony which was nice for breakfast/drinks. Very comfortable bed and the electric shutters give complete black out for a good nights sleep. We would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in booking again.

A couple of small things could make it better… A cloth for the kitchenette so that you can keep work surfaces/dining area clean. Salt and pepper - basic provisions that were missing.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Lovely outdoor pool as well as indoor spa and pool all included in the price. Close to Biarritz and beach.

Stay would have been improved if washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towel were provided.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Located a little way from the centre of Biarritz, a reasonable walk but also served well by local buses. The apartment building is also well located close to the Marbella and Cote de Basques beaches.

The indoor gym is quite small with only a few exercise machines. Even at the end of the season there was a bit of a wait to use them.

The apartment was really clean and it was a great size. Unfortunately, I don't speak French, but the lady who checked us in spoke perfect English. She was so helpful. Great indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. I was able to wash some clothes which was really handy. There is a full-sized fridge/freezer in the apartment, a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. The apartments are about 10 minutes' drive from the centre of the town and about 10 minutes drive (in the opposite direction from the town) to the InterMarche supermarket. However, like all of the shops, it closes at 8pm, so just be prepared for this.

You can't check in until 5pm. When we came to check in, there was only 1 member of staff on the desk, so I was waiting approx half an hour in the queue. The receptionist was very patient with all the guests she had to check in. She was extremely helpful, especially as I don't speak French. The outdoor pool area is lovely, however, the pool itself was far too cold to use.

I liked so much about this place and would return again and again but there is no air conditioning and the rooms were so hot so unfortunately I wouldn't return based on this. If air conditioning was installed I would be back for sure.

No air conditioning apart from in reception and this meant the rooms were just too hot, fans don't make a difference.

Check in too late to make the most of facilities on the day we arrived (I guess not so much of a problem if you’re staying more than one night) also quite late if travelling with small children. A few small maintenance issues with plugs in the kitchen & bathroom sink not working.

Quite far from station ! It’s quite a walk if on foot and not much other accessible transport … however it’s the same fir most of the other hotels , so one needs own car or a taxi etc ( also, too msny steep hills so not for everyone … Biarritz is very spread out and not a very compact place to get around …

As mentioned above it’s just the layout of the city and the walking distance getting from A to B … it’s got nothing to do with the hotel as it’s just the geography of the place ) even on a bike … too many steep hills if you’re loaded up with bags etc ) so sadly , for most People a car or taxi is necessary, regardless ) also too many one way roads ) Ahhhhhhhhhh
