Location is brilliant which for us was the most important aspect of ski accommodation. Right next to the slopes / ski school meeting point. Short walk to shop, bakery, esf, ski hire and a couple of restaurants, lift is very close for access to Flaine forum below. Apartment was clean, no frills but nice enough and the views were incredible. Decent cooking facilities and enough utensils provided. WiFi worked for streaming. Staff were nice. Thanks 😊

Double bed was a bit uncomfortable. Apartment was labelled for 6 people however I think would be unmanageable for 6. It was more appropriate for 2 adult and 2 kids (1 double room 1 bunk beds).

The location was excellent and accommodation very good. Ski lockers were adequate but a littycongested. We were very pleased with our stay. The pool was good if a little cool. Would definitely use again.

Our only negatives were the fact that only one key was provided which for a seven man apartment was ridiculous. We rented two seven man apartments and only had 4 guests in one. Illness required us to ask for extra sheets. This proved impossible which seemed odd as we had not been given enough for seven initially. Overall excellent though

Location was fantastic. Couldn't have got nearer the slopes. Accommodation was spacious as booked 2 bed with cabin.

Locker rooms. Depending on which one you got there was no hooks for boots, no shelves so boots got wet if didn't position them and with 4 pairs of skis and boots was a squeeze. Few very easy changes could be great. Also needed more hooks for coats in accomodation. Lots of space to do it so again easy to do.

Location is the best of all. Ski in and out, no need to carry ski gear as ski locker is provided. It’s also super close to ski schools (ESF, ESI), ski gear rental, restaurants and supermarkets, making our stay easier. There is also a farmer’s market nearby once a week- need to check the program that they give for events. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s got a hammam & sauna and bread delivery every morning.

Pool is cold (27C), an increased temperature in the afternoon after skiing would be better - so I use the pool as my cold therapy. Ski locker is too crowded in the morning - but doesn’t really matter for us as we always find somewhere to sit and put on our gear. It will be helpful if the instruction to clean the apartment is given when we arrive. If you are not familiar with this type of ski holiday accommodation, bring your own towels for kitchen & bathroom and cleaning products (shampoo, soap etc) as they are charged, you need to make your own bed & you do need to undo the bed and clean the place before you leave in the morning.

The apartment was brilliant, overlooking the slopes. It was very clean and exactly what we expected. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location on the slopes was perfect - a real ski in ski out location. We were running late for our arrival so we phoned in advance and they told us what to do which was perfect. We couldn't fault anything.

The location was fantastic - defnitely ski in - ski out. On-line checkin was brilliant and saved queuing. Large spacious apartment (we had 2 bedroom duplex plus cabin) which was good as snow was so poor we could only do mornings. Lots of crockery. Morning bread delivery was very good service though the pastries were stale (this was the fault of bakery not hotel). Had the snow been better this year this would have been one of the best places to stay in the area.

We didn't bother using the pool as it was tiny and not worth the effort. We had to make up and strip the beds - this was a pain after a ling journey. The bedding did not fit the beds or duvets. The ski room is a poor design but perfect location for access direct to the slopes. The mountain restaurants were extremely over priced.

The location right on the start of the ski area is great. We had a balcony overlooking the learner slope so lots going on.

The coffee table is a bit of a joke. It's a few bits of wood with no support and extremely easy to break. It was placed in the corner of the room out of the way to avoid this happening.

Brilliant location, especially with children. The lifts, slopes, ski school and restaurants are on the doorstep. The morning bakery service is excellent and the reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Le Panoramic is a great place to stay in Flaine.

The pool is too cold and the pool area needs maintenance. Some of the pillows weren't very comfortable.

There is no better location in Flaine as you walk out of the boot room onto the snow next to the lift!

The Internet was down in our apartment and we had NO INTERNET FOR THE FULL PERIOD OF OUR TRIP! Obviously younger members of our group were not happy with this as they had to pay money to contact friends and family back home!

The staff at this hotel are beyond rude. They almost seem insulted at the fact you asked politely to check in
