Staff very friendly and helpful, facilities have everything to make a parent’s tasks easier. Room was exceptionally large and bright, and kept spotlessly clean.

Where do I start... Breakfast, superb. Tasty, huge variety of choice, great service. Dinner. Superbly themed each night, food was amazing, service even better. Spa, great sauna, relaxing pool, nice & spacious even at peak times. Ski Room - The locker concept is fantastic, so useful at the start and end of each day to change & store. Bar - Vibey, good service, fantastic DJ on certain nights. Reception - Mega helpful, great to pre-book lift passes. Location - Wonderful, 5 min walk to all the lifts, shops and bars nearby, super easy. Staff - So so good, attentive, friendly, they really couldn't have been better. We cannot wait to return, my first 10 for a property.

The only critique if I had to provide one, the smaller rooms don't have much space to store a suitcase, that's it.

Super nice hotel with a cool vibe - free snack every staturday at 4.30pm for the kids. Very nice atmosphere with live concert on saturday night. We loved the room, very well set up for kids & parents, the dinner was also awesome with an amazing buffet. The swimming pool is great after a day of ski :)

The walk to the ski slopes with the ski boots is not nice... It is a little far. This hotel is not really ski-to-door. But the experience is nice! I recommend!

We booked via Booking.com because of location and price. We paid the full, non-refundable amount for the 4 nights direct to the hotel at the time of booking, and then city taxes on arrival at the hotel - perfect! However, on checking out at 6am this morning, the guy at the reception desk informed me that we had only paid for 3 nights and was expecting me to pay a further €153 for the fourth???!!! Needless to say that I did not accept that and requested that the manager email or call me directly to discuss. As far as I am concerned, we paid the full amount due at the time of booking. I haven’t heard anything as yet and this was rather disappointing after an otherwise perfect stay.

The hotel is very funky and nicely decorated. The room was very spacious and had a nice view. The buffet was very good and different options every day of the week were appreciated. The spa facilities are good but would be nice to have a separate time for adults only as children area is very loud.

Cleanliness of the room could've been better (there was dust everywhere and hair in the bathroom as the floor wasn't washed very well). The lift is a fair walk away so it's not exactly ski in ski out hotel

Food is nice with 3 offerings on site and the buffet one changing every day. The bar/lobby is spacious with many games (pooltable, video games, ping pong, private karaoke rooms etc…). Ski rental on premise is great.

Location is great overall, but we would have enjoyed being even closer to the slopes with very young kids (7, 4, 1). Arrival instructions could make it clearer you can drive to the front door to drop your lugagge, then have to go park the car outside the "pedestrian" zone. The hotel is not ski-in ski-out and you wil have to carry your skis back there.

Hotel amenities were great. Late check in was not a problem. Heated boot room with individual lockers you shared as a couple. Reasonable price ski hire from the shop. We had a family sharing room which was great to have the kitchen as we brought bits from the shop for breakfast, a lot cheaper. Luggage storage and one shower room to use before flying home. Staff all very friendly, lady who works on reception and is there doing her tourism degree, very chatty. Spa was nice, only used once but should have used more if we had the time, nice nooks to read a book (and some free snacks in the lobby!)

Restaurant buffet for dinner on arrival, 9pm. Not a lot to offer and was very expensive. Didn't eat there again. Quiet pricey for the stay. Not ski in ski out - you have to leave the property, a 5 min walk under buildings to the pharmacy. Down a flight of stairs then either walk or push yourself quite a distance to the gondola. Returning back to the hotel we found a little shortcut which cut out the walking, still had to walk under the building.

Lots for the kids to do in the hotel when we met with friends for drinks at the bar. Liked having a kitchen and the room was really well thought out, lots of storage. very helpful staff, good internet, great central location.

I think it would work better if there was an allocated time for children to swim in the afternoon as it is very un-relaxing to have young children shouting and bombing into the pool, it is then not a spa environment and probably a bit stressful for their parents trying to keep them quiet. It was impossible to read a book in the pods and if there was a set 'childrens', post skiing swim time, you could then decided not to go then if you wanted some quiet.

Great buffet breakfast, friendly staff, varied and quality evening buffet. Good location in Flaine forum about 200m walk to piste. Drinks available in reception. Would highly recommend for families as very well provided for all ages,

Room could have benefited from additional storage, for example shelves above the desk. When busy the lifts can be a little slow, would be useful if housekeeping avoided using them at peak times.

nice comfy beds and easy access to spa, sauna and pool to relax. Buffet food very good and staff very friendly and polite. In-house ski shop only small but linked to larger shop shop so equipment rented very good.

Some noise outside a couple from nights in the early hours from intoxicated revellers disturbed our sleep. Not really the hotel's problem but could be a product of the bar in the hotel.
