The room was very tidy, comfortable and luminous with a window and a balcony overlooking on a large garden. The bathroom is large and super-clean. WiFi connection is speedy and dependable. Breakfast was abundant and very good. The property is located in a tranquil village only 2 mins drive from lively Courseulles-sur-Mer and is a strategic starting point to go visiting all the beaches of the Normandy landing. Our landlady Isabel and her husband were both very gentle, ready to lend a hand and full of suggestions and advice. Definitely a great stay.

We were well looked after and the hosts were excellent. The breakfasts were very tasty with servings of local home produce. They made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for us and close to where we wanted to visit on our trip. Thank you Isabel for our breakfast left for us for our early start for our journey home. We will definitely recommend and would like to return again one day.

Lovely property within a beautiful and quiet village. Location is superb for exploring DDay beaches and museums and is within walking distance of Juno beach. The room was very comfortable and very comfortable bed. Lovely area to sit outside with comfortable garden furniture. Breakfast is taken in lovely surroundings and is beautifully presented, using quality and local produce. The owners are delightful and very welcoming. Superb stay and would love to return. Highly reccommended.

Very happy with our stay and have no negative comments

Everything was perfect. The room and bathroom size were great, very comfortable beds, and they were also very equipped with multiple hygiene and multipurpose utensils. Great breakfast with local foods. Very welcoming staff.

Beautifully presented room, chic and tasteful; immaculately clean with thoughtful little touches to make our stay more comfortable such as a shared fridge and microwave, private access to the garden with seating and also picnic tables and chairs. Isabelle and Frederick were so welcoming and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great. The location was quiet but really close to the beach and to the Normandy memorials. Highly recommended!

Charming helpful hosts. Isabelle spoke and understood English and was very attentive. Free parking very close to our room. Very comfortable mattress. Lovely breakfast. A quiet location so a good night’s rest.

We liked everything. The only improvement we would consider is the ventilation in bathroom, and we didn’t enjoy the tea and coffee in our room. The staircase to the first floor wouldn’t suit the very elderly.

Isabelle is a lovely hostess who goes out of her way to help you and ensure a pleasant stay. Her breakfast is delicious and the room came with a shared outside space with a view of the horse and chickens. We simply loved it!

Loved it all

The room has everything we need. I liked the location, it’s very quiet place. In the morning I woke up to the singing of birds. The room is clean and the host gives you a welcome feeling. I liked Caramel (the horse) and the chickens in the backyard.

Gracious and friendly hosts. Had great recommendations for dinner. Beautiful and clean rooms. LOVE the towel warmers. Delicious hot chocolate at breakfast and homemade yogurt. Make sure to bring apples and carrots for Caramel their pony <3 <3
