great location, central and handy for buses to the ski resorts. room was spacious and the beds were way more comfortable than they look. heated towel rack amazing for warming up. staff were friendly.

when we arrived the heating hadn’t been on and it was freezing in the room. we were on the top floor and it felt like there was a draft coming through the windows at all times.

Our preferences were well met with this hotel. The studio room was well equipped with a well appointed kitchenette with microwave, fridge and induction cooktop. Associated cooking utensils were provided and prepared heat and serve meals available from reception. The continental breakfast was good value. A laundry for guest usage was available. The location was very close to the railway station.

Given the studio nature of the room an iron and ironing board would have added a final touch to an excellent stay.

Hotel is located just opposite the main train station, perfect location for those travelling by train or using airport transfer busses. Breakfast was a selection of mini pastries, bread with ham and cheese or cereal. It wasn't much choice but I think this is enough for most people. Staff was very friendly, we could leave our bags after checking-out which worked well for us

We were 2 people but only got one big shower towel, not a big issue as my 8 year old used a small one. I think it was just missed by cleaning staff.

Nice rooms, including small apartments with a living room and a separate bedroom, which was great for a family trip. Well equipped kitchen inside the apartment. Excellent location right next to the train station, rooms rather quiet despite facing a busy square with trams.

Some noises from the water pipes and the fridge at night, stopped after a while so not a big problem. Breakfast options seemed limited and expensive so I didn't take breakfast but there was a very nice bistro right next to the hotel, open from early morning.

Location is super accessible to the central train station and local trams and buses. Walkable area close to restaurants and not far from the city centre, the téléphérique, and tourist sites. Had a kitchenette with two stove tops, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen accessories so we were able to cook a few meals in our room.

Room smelled weird for the whole time we were there. We often left windows open to freshen things up but the windows were not good for leaving open overnight or while you are away from the room.

I loved the view from the windows, how spacious it was and the shower was great! Location is perfect and the staff were super friendly :)

My room wasn't cleaned during my stay and no fresh towels. There was also a mix up as i had already been paid for the room but they insisted I hadn't, this was cleared up and the staff were very helpful but had to make a 100 euro deposit which I haven't had back yet.

- Really big room with a nice kitchen corner and comfy bed. - Very clean. - Very friendly staff. - Just across the street from the bus/ train stations. - Decent breakfast (and available since very early am (I think starting from 3 am) if you have to leave very early).

Nothing really, the rain shower part gave me a couple of scares when I turned it the wrong way ;-) Seriously, everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

We had a roomy apartment with a separate bedroom and lounge. The bed was wonderful and the pillows and bedding were lovely. Definitely the best bed of our holiday. We had a very nice welcome from the lady at reception. The location was brilliant for us, just opposite the station. The breakfast was pretty good.

I would have liked a bit more fresh fruit at breakfast.

Staff is very nice, room was very big. Heater for towels in bathroom was so appreciable! Location is opposite the train station. For me this was a positive. Kitchenette is available with a lot of things already! Bed was comfy (in my opinion)

Sewers smell from the bathroom.

Location is perfect, just outside train station, room is clean and there are lift provided. Actually I am quite happy with everything provided except the one that I wrote in the 'dislike' section

The reception called us and said that the toilet is very dirty and trying to charge our card (luckily it is denied) without informing, we are sure that we leave the house clean. Luckily they didn't attempt to try it again. Be sure to take a photo before you leave to have a proof.
