The hotel was quaint. It was across from several restaurants as well as a historic building. Apparently it used to be an old fisherman's home. The design of the hotel is interesting and the stairs a bit tricky. We were there on an off season time. The hotel's restaurant was not open for dinner so I missed getting any lobster. The staff was friendly although communication was a little tough as my french is limited as was their english. But we managed.Love the French breakfast.
I wish the restaurant had been open for dinner. Otherwise there were no complaints.

Within walking distance from bus station and right in centre of old quarter in Place Hamelin. The hotel had an elevator. No need to tackle the narrow, steep stairs. The room was small but very comfortable and nicely decorated. Also a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. A great view onto the Place below. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! It is an easy walk to all the sights and the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and places to have a coffee and sweet treat close by.
Nothing to dislike.

Special mention to M. Gal (hope i spelled that right) who works at the reception/ restaurant. Excellent customer service and hospitability. Allowed me to extend my stay at the restaurant area so i could charge my laptop while I had to finish urgent work. I highly recommend this hotel for its location. It has both a restaurant and a café. Very to close the old harbor, other restos, shops, old church, and other places of interest.
Nothing. P.S. Honfleur is beautiful.

Room was clean, and unexpected separate bedroom in suite, which was good. Walk in shower would have been easier than climbing over the bath edge, I appreciate it's an old building, but loss of space in 2nd bathroom, that may be suitable for shower if alteration an option. Location was very good, friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated they let some family members who came to visit us, sit in the bar area for coffee etc so we could spend sometime together. Overall a nice stay.
Given the location and layout of Honfleur, we understand that parking is difficult, but would be helpful if there was a place to park and unload luggage near to hotels, rather than the long walk from a car park to hotel with everything. On this occasion, we were lucky enough to be able to unload just outside hotel as one road closed due to roadworks, but obviously being such old and narrow streets, it is something to be aware of. Does not detract though, from a pleasant stay and good food options all around. Enjoyable 3 days spent here.

Superb location in the heart of the town. Rather noisy with windows open but the double glazing effectively dealt with the noise. Excellent breakfast served efficiently by friendly staff. The hotel's gastronomic restaurant directly opposite was very good
There is no. parking onsite but public parking is available approx 150m away. The staircase is extremely steep but ok if you are mobile

The hôtel is a excellent, friendly and welcoming place to stay. Situated in the heart of the old town it is handy for everything and everywhere of note. It is managed by a very efficient and helpful lady who responds quickly to resolve any issue or problem. Our room was clean, comfortable and sound proof. The bathroom spacious with a large shower cubical. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned meticulously. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Staff went out of their way to help us and were very kind. We had had a very difficult day with a flat tire in the dark etc. Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent. The description of the hotel was accurate. Stairs are very narrow and steep. Rooms were charming.
We had booked a family room -- two rooms with two beds -- and were initially given only one room with one bed. Had to go back down and ask for second room. Staff graciously complied, but had no key for the door between the two rooms. Therefore we had to exit our rooms to go back and forth (which resulted in the door of one room closing accidentally, locking us out as the door between the rooms was locked. No staff were left at the hotel--luckily we saw one of the staff in the street and he kindly helped us!).

I loved the room although the steps up to it were a little difficult. Once inside the view from the terrace was fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional and excellent value for money. Staff were lovely- very pleasant and helpful.
Stairs quite difficult if you have any leg problems and you have to go into another building for breakfast. And no parking

Nice staff. Good bed. Small but good shower. Location is great, just in the center of the city with a glimpse of the harbor. Breakfast was great; served to our table on a tray with a kind of bread, yogurt, drinks and fruit.
Our room was in a side building with a small stairs (no elevator). No airco (but the fan was just good enough). Parking was nog that easy in Honfleur. There is free parking but you have to search for a parking spot and it was a 10 minute walk from there to the hotel.

Location on Place Hamelin can get a bit noisy. But room comfort was excellent (great bed and shower), as was the generous breakfast. Staff are super courteous and helpful.
Location on Place Hamelin can get noisy — especially on the Fête des Marins! Nothing else to dislike.
