La Maison de Lucie is a well kept and immaculately appointed bed and breakfast hotel very close to the popular centre of Honfleur. It is close enough to be part of the old city but far enough away to be clear of the crowds. The courtyard as you enter is shady and breathtakingly calm. The public rooms downstairs are varied and interconnecting and all wonderfully furnished with great style and taste. There is a warm welcome from the proprietor who is always willing to help with booking restaurants and giving advice. In cooler weather the ample continental breakfast is served at low tables scattered throughout the downstairs rooms. In warm weather the more traditional tables in the courtyard are used. The breakfast tray was full of varied and high quality pastries and jams. It was more than adequate. Coffee and teas refilled on request. We reserved a space in the hotel's small carpark a few streets away. This costs a little extra but if you can I would advise taking advantage of it. It's a complicated drive (guided by the proprietor) to get from check-in to the car park but a very short walk back to the hotel. Our bedroom was comfortable and airy and tastefully furnished. The bathroom and shower were very good if a little quirky. We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and a full day in Honfleur.

Parking might be difficult if you don't use the hotel's car park. We did see streets nearby where you could park. Our bathroom door was difficult to close securely.

Everything 😉 from the moment we arrived and greeted by the hosts (I should have got their names) they know who they are❤️ The property is stunning, beautiful walled garden full of character and charm. You then walk into the most amazing luxury, every room oozing with charm, everything that helps make your stay amazing is there. We had breakfast by the big log fire in the lounge, even that was a gorgeous experience. The hotel is a stones throw from the town of Honfleur which has got to be one of the nicest we have been to in France. The harbour is full of lovely restaurants and bars and the town is full of gorgeous boutiques. Truly a 5 star experience and worth every penny ❤️

Superb hosts who have clearly worked very hard to refurbish an old town house in to a very tastefully renovated and well furnished and decorated property. We stayed on the second floor of the town house which had good views across their garden and countryside to the rear and to the front looked across to the historic church. Really comfortable and large double bed with plenty of room around the bed to move around. A large walk in shower and separate toilet completed the well appointed ‘apartment’ which was really comfortable. Again, a big shout out to the hosts who spoke very good English, provided a good breakfast and were willing to engage in conversation about all of the extraordinary work they have done to the property.

Can’t think of a single thing to criticise. Equally, there are no suggested improvements as the property is superbly appointed and maintained to a very high standard.

What a fabulous place to stay. You wonder up through the cobbled town and arrive at the most beautiful hotel. The courtyard is stunning and a great place to have a glass of wine or 2. We had the court yard room. It was surprisingly private. A great sized room and a fab shower! The staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our whole stay. On one of the mornings, we had breakfast at the hotel. We had this just outside our room in the courtyard, which was excellent.

There wasn’t anything negative to say. There isn’t any parking attached to the hotel but that’s one of the special parts about the town. With its narrow cobbled streets, the town has such history hence limited parking in the old part of town.

We absolutely loved La Maison de Lucie! It's such a beautiful, secluded spot but right in the middle of Honfleur. The courtyard in front of the hotel is just the most peaceful and lovely space to sit. When we arrived we were greeted by Hadji who really made our stay special. She was helpful and thoughtful and funny! She helped us to store our bikes and made us very welcome. The room was full of character. We had a courtyard room which was worth paying a little extra for as we had direct access to a small table in the corner of the courtyard. The breakfast served in the courtyard was also delicious. Altogether lovely!

The room was a little dark but it was all part of the charm!

Maisonette de Lucie is a jewel. Lovely ancient buildings a couple of minutes walk from Honfleur’s harbour. Lovely courtyard with tables and chairs. Beautifully decorated with loads of books and paintings. Our room was comfortable with a decent sized bathroom en suite and all the furniture had been carefully collected by the owner. All very stylish. Breakfast was perfectly served with white linen table cloth and napkins in a silver ring . Francois our host spoke good English and couldn’t have been more helpful with dinner booking . 10/10

We loved the beautiful Maison Lucie! Our first stay here and our room was comfortable, breakfast delicious, staff friendly and the location was very convenient for exploring Honfleur. They don't serve dinner but their advice on local restaurants was super-helpful and we loved our stay! The reception rooms were all decorated with fresh flowers and we loved the beautifully designed courtyard garden where we had our breakfast.

Such a beautiful small but very stylish hotel. The interiors were eclectic and interesting. Our room was lovely and had views over a small garden. The staff were exceptional - really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they had so much pride in the hotel. The hotel courtyard was delightful with wonderful trees and plants. We ate breakfast here one morning which was lovely and beautifully presented. It is a hotel that you would be happy to return to and be sure that you woudl be welcomed again with open arms. We plan to return and will be sure to book again.

This is a lovely hotel. It's just a short walk down the not too steep hill to the port and in a quiet location. The owners of the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly. The garden is delightful and the common rooms are elegantly decorated and refined. Breakfast was served to you at the table with freshly squeezed orange juice and there was no "bun fight at the communal buffet" required. Parking is tricky in the area and they have some spaces available that can be booked. I would gladly return.

This is such a beautiful, well appointed property in the heart of the old town of Honfleur. We were upgraded on arrival and our room was spacious, comfortable and had a gorgeous bathroom. The living areas downstairs have fireplaces, comfy sofas, books, artwork and is such a great space. The breakfasts were delicious.
