Room was good and comfortable for wife and 2 kids Carpet / Floor has probably seen better days but just wore flip-flops Bedding was clean and bed super comfy Kids loved the fact that there was an upstairs in our room

Flooring Checking in could have been better as it was late there wasn't anyone on reception, however there was a helpful security guard on hand who helped us out!

Very well laid out room with lots of shelves, a good sized hanging rail and a full length mirror. Great size bathroom for a budget hotel. Comfortable bed and aircon was a bonus. Location was just off the motorway and near to restaurants and a supermarket.

Reception wasnt open when we checked in. Had a few issues doing self checkin but resolved eventually.

Unable to get a cup Of tea in the morning. Check in was a little confusing as the code given by booking.com didn’t work

Stayed here before. Location is good for our stay on our drive from Spain. Clean and comfortable and pet friendly. Plenty of free parking. Hot breakfast before setting off.

Clean, good location, easy to find. Helpful staff. Also the nearby restaurant, which had a good range of food, offered a discount to hotel guests. Excellent .

The exterior looked a little drab. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

I’ve reviewed this hotel many times so it can’t be bad for me to use it regularly. Well located, the rooms are comfortable, staff friendly. Very good family rooms too.

NO SHOWER GEL IN EITHER OF THE TWO ROOMS WE OCCUPIED I will never have breakfast in a B&B chain hotel again, it’s just a rip off.

check in was easy via the computer outside of reception. Rooms basic but clean and functional.

There wasn’t a lift up to the third floor which made it tricky, but not impossible with bags.

Very well located just outside Rouen Centre, secure parking, clean, comfortable. Decent breakfast served in a very hygienic way. I’m sorry I did not get the name of the young chap who was managing the hotel during our stay, he was so helpful and was a very pleasant personality indeed. This is a budget hotel and represents excellent value for money. An added bonus is that less than 100 metres away from the hotel is the Chantegrill Restaurant which has an extensive menu and again is very reasonably priced.

Room was clean. Enough space for an Family of 4 (2 kids) location was great. 15 min drive to city centre. Breakfast was good.

Becouse of the airco. The upper part of the room was really hot. The hot air had no where to go. But, then again. We where there on the hottest day of the year.

Another excellent, efficient pit stop at this dog friendly hotel. Have stayed several times before and will stay again. We always have breakfast here which has been fine but this time there was a number of additional items available that were much appreciated, including some warm items (eggs and bacon).

Electric car charging point would be good.
